Luxurious and lovely
Pros:

The smell when you walk into the hotel feels luxurious. The staff is friendly. The rooms are well-sized & well-stocked with nice amenties. The bed is comfortable. The small gym is well equipped. The brown noise machine is a PLUS!

Cons:

The spa was not really a spa but a treatment room. It would've been nice to have a hamam and steam room. The music from the pool pumps all day long and can be heard in the room. The location is dreary - you're staring out at a CVS + cheesy tourist shops.

This is my second stay at this hotel in two years, Honestly I expected the quality to drop down but they shocked me everything was perfect, The staff is one of the most amazing things in this hotel they are very friendly and helpful.

My stay was absolutely amazing.
Pros:

Ette hotel was so nice, clean and relaxing! It smelt amazing and really had a luxurious feel. The staff were also so attentive and friendly! Will definitely be staying again whenever I visit Orlando!

Amazing
Pros:

Excellent stay even met Marlin Wayans who was staying there on the low. Very classy quiet private yet convenient hotel. The restaurant Salt & Cellar was chefs kiss phenomenal! I don’t have one complaint.

Cons:

The rooftop bar was not open they are only using it for events. That was a bummer.
