誕生日で参りましたが、感謝致しております。
Pros:

築3年で建物のセンスが良く、清掃が行き届いていて
素晴らしい空間でした。
従業員の方が皆さん丁寧で優しく嬉しかったです。

Cons:

・朝食受付で待たされてしまった。
朝食のフレンチトーストが非常に甘過ぎて
期待していたので残念でした。
・ディナーのティラミスも甘過ぎました。
ウェルカムドリンクは有難いですが、
アルコールなどのフリードリンクタイムが
あるとなお嬉しいです。

Perfectly restful stay, appreciate the spirit of omotenashi from the staff!
Pros:

- Very tranquil and restful; absolutely gorgeous architecture melding with the natural and beautiful environment of Karuizawa.
- Room and bed were very comfortable.
- Excellent and hospitable service from the staff members.
- Hotel shuttle was convenient and reliable.
- Amazing food; loved that local produce was featured prominently and you could taste the freshness and delicacy in the cooking. Enjoyed my dinners in the hotel and the breakfast buffet was beautiful too — great range of both Western and Japanese options.
- Lovely onsen and having the option to use the gym is great too — interestingly, they have a rower machine!

Cons:

- It would be a huge bonus if the gym could have more machines and equipment.

夕飯時飲み物を頼んだが出てくるまで遅すぎる。1階と2階の区別解りにくくフロントが2階であったため説明して欲しかった。

We highly recommend staying at Indigo. It's an amazing resort hotel.
Pros:

We liked everything about Indigo. The staff greeted us pleasantly upon arrival, the lobby and property are amazing, comfortable and pleasant architecturally. We had treatments at the Spa and it was exceptional.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay.
Pros:

We love the tomato cheese omelette at the breakfast. The spread has a great mixture of local, Japanese and Western favorites. The hotel staff overall are very friendly. The front desk was keen to ask us to upgrade (at our costs) though...

Cons:

We enjoyed using the gym but not enough equipments.
