Enttäuschend!!!!
Cons:

Der Lift war defekt (wahrscheinlich schon seit Längerem), sodass das Gepäck über eine Wendeltreppe in den 4 Stock getragen werden musste. Außerdem war die Kaffeemaschine defekt (komplett verschmutzt und das Wasser war abgestanden, wäre aber laut Antwort auf die Reklamation "unmittelbar vor Bezug mit frischem Wasser befüllt" worden). Toilettenpapier war auch nur sehr wenig vorhanden, eine Nachlieferung wurde uns verweigert.
Unsere Reklamation bzw. unser Ansuchen um Minderung des Mietpreises wurde ignoriert. Laut „Frankfurter Tabelle zur Reisepreisminderung“ stünde uns nämlich eine Entschädigung in Höhe von 5 bis 10 % zu.
Wir können dieses Quartier daher nicht empfehlen.

Cons:

Elevator wasn’t working, nobody told us, we had to carry our bags to the 4th floor
They take out AC control remote out so you can’t turn it on whenever you want and it was really hot in the attic apartment
Location is sketchy, we were there for the weekend, in front of the building they were playing music and yelling till 7am, the whole night
Cleaning lady was knocking on the door even before the check out time

Cons:

Soggiorno di 4 notti deludente per alcune mancanze elementari. All’arrivo erano disponibili solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica, di cui uno già usato, e alla richiesta di rifornimento ci è stato risposto che non era possibile fornirne altri: assolutamente inaccettabile per un soggiorno di 4 notti. In camera mancavano i comodini, costringendoci ad appoggiare telefoni e oggetti personali sul bordo del letto. Le tende non coprono completamente le finestre, lasciando filtrare la luce già dalle 5-6 del mattino: in vacanza poter riposare dovrebbe essere garantito. Capisco che un B&B non offra i servizi di un grande albergo, ma certi standard minimi di comfort e igiene dovrebbero essere garantiti a prescindere. Spero che i gestori prendano in considerazione questi feedback per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti futuri.

Pros:

It was great! The communication with the host was easy. The check-in was also really easy and the ladies were really nice. The building is safe and clean. The apartment was really big and also extremely clean. Thanks for hosting us :)

Świetna lokalizacja, apartament przestronny, dobrze wyposażony, bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysty. Rewelacyjny sposób zameldowania, bezproblemowy kontakt z obsługą (tablet kamerka) proste instrukcje odbioru kluczy.
