Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage, das Frühstück und die Ausstattung, wir waren bereits in diesem Hotel und kommen sicher mal wieder

Etwas mehr Auswahl hätte es beim Frühstück geben können, z.B. Rührei oder Spiegelei zusätzlich

⭐ 2/10 — Дуже розчарований готелем
На жаль, залишився дуже незадоволений перебуванням у цьому готелі.
По-перше, під час бронювання я випадково вибрав неправильну дату. Я одразу зв’язався з готелем, пояснив ситуацію та попросив скасувати бронювання. Однак, незважаючи на те, що помилка була очевидною і я звернувся практично одразу після бронювання, готель категорично відмовився піти назустріч і повернути кошти. Розумію умови невідшкодовуваного тарифу, але в такій ситуації очікував хоча б мінімальної клієнтоорієнтованості.
По-друге, у номері не було гарячої води в душі. Це абсолютно неприйнятно для готелю, адже гаряча вода — це базова умова нормального проживання.
Загалом залишилося дуже неприємне враження. На мою думку, за такі гроші готель повинен забезпечувати хоча б елементарні умови та більш уважне ставлення до гостей.
