Location
Guest Reviews
Friendly reception, clean hotel, quiet environment
A high quality hotel in the centre of Baoding and 15 minutes by car from the Baoding East train station. The room is large with very comfortable bed and bathroom, and the room has quality furniture and fittings that you would expect at a Hilton. And don't forget the pool and gym and onsite restaurants.
There are not many shops or restaurants nearby and the onsite cafe does not open in the morning.
Professional service
Breakfast, location and swimming pool
Very hot in the rooms. It was 25-26 hot, reception was helpless.
Nobody speaks English
早餐人很多，很多食物都空盘了，不能及时补充。
酒店空调系统坏了，房间闷热，晚上睡觉很不舒服，开窗后噪音很大，影响休息。
everything is great at the property, but they need to work on making their breakfast more "international". An omelette station perhaps, and a few items that would appeal to the international business traveler. Everything else is top notch and the staff is super friendly
wonderful hotel. jack USA
It is a very nice hotel. Very clean and beautiful. With excellent facilities. I would stay again if visiting this city again. Personal very kind and good service
large, comfy room with all bells and whistles. friendly staff. large shopping gallery within the walking distance. about 10-15 mins by taxi to Baoding Dong (East) railway station.
nothing
The thing i really like was exceptional service provided by MR.DANNY from Concierge department, during my stay at Doubletree by Hilton from 10 Jan to 12 Jan.
From the moment I arrived, Mr.DANNY went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail, willingness to assist, and warm demeanor made my experience truly memorable. Whether it was providing local recommendations, promptly addressing my requests, or ensuring my room was immaculate.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I will definitely book again whenever i am visiting baoding.
Everything was perfect. Great people to stay with.
Clean and modern
Refused to turn on AC in the room.
A great hotel at a very good price. The room was very big with both shower and bathtub. The breakfast was also great with a lot of choice and change everyday in the menu.
The only downside is that the staff barely speak English, even if most of the guests are foreigners (also, I didn't get the cookies).
