The real deal for everyone and everything.
Pros:

Great view of Estes Lake, and watching herd of elk right off our deck!
Clean, and great amount of space. Bathroom small, but had everything needed. Even a microwave, fridge with freezer, dinnerware, and as much coffee as you want!
Amazing choice of DVD’s, books, games, and great availability of extra blankets, towels, soaps, etc! Outside plenty to do….outdoor games, and plenty of space. Outdoor firepits, supplied with wood! Even nice gas grills!!!
Will DEFINITELY return!
Location perfect…not noisy at all….didn’t even hear neighbors. Close enough to downtown & shopping, but far enough to have peace, nature, and that cabin/mountain experience!
We stayed in Meeker #14. Will request any in this row of lodges! Great view of Lake Estes and western & northern mountains

Cons:

A small sink & water in microwave/fridge area would have made it perfect!!

Pros:

It has a nice view of Estus lake and it's small in quaint, a rustic style.. yen are appears to be a hands-on kind of guy and I'm sure would take care of any problems. He can.

Cons:

The buildings appeared to have built-in 1950, and the furniture is also from 1950. The full size beds are small 42 people, and it wasn't very comfortable and squeaked with every move you made.
The owner needs to upgrade the furniture. And start with the beds.

Pros:

Location was amazing

Cons:

No A/C , it was 90F + and there was no A/C , the beds were extremely uncomfortable , the pull out sofa bed was so squeaky that even the smallest of movement was enough to wake up everyone throughout the night.

No air conditioning, very hot even with fans, bed very hard, not comfortable, very low water pressure, hard to get a decent shower - the last night barely any water.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Lived watching the hummingbirds outside the bedroom window. It was nice to have a full kitchen with ice cube trays that came in handy. Also loved the at door parking

Cons:

Tub was extra slippery. As an older person there wasn’t any place to hold on to either.

Great experience, the best views in front of the lake.
Pros:

Excellent place with prime location and access to the town of Estes Park. The property has astonishing views, we loved seating in the porch to watch and enjoy the sunset over the mountains and the lake. The last morning I opened the door and in front of me was a deer with her baby; loved the experience. The owners provide all the necessary amenities and more. It was a great experience for our family.
