An Amazing Hotel Experience
Pros:

I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help.
My room was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the lagoon. Special thanks as well to the restaurant team for their excellent service and to the breakfast buffet, which was varied, generous, and delicious.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel de luxe à Abidjan. La chambre était superbe, très propre, moderne et parfaitement équipée, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la lagune.
Le femme de chambre toujours souriante et aux petits soins. On se sent accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance.
Le service au restaurant est remarquable, avec une équipe efficace et attentive qui contribue à rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme.

Pros:

Un hôtel qui mérite largement ses 5 étoiles.
Le personnel est toujours souriant, accueillant, attentif et très réactif. Une mention spéciale à Jeanne à la réception pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Le service au restaurant est excellent, le Sky Bar offre une vue magnifique sur la lagune, et les chambres sont élégamment décorées avec un panorama exceptionnel.
Une très belle adresse à Abidjan que je recommande sans hésitation.

Amazing stay at Noom Hotel Abidjan Plateau! The team is truly welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Great service at both the restaurant and the bar, and the reception staff were always helpful and smiling. Clean and comfortable room, plus a perfect location in Plateau. A really great experience — highly recommended!

À l’arrivée l’ascenseur était en panne sachant que ma femme est enceinte au 9 eme étage la chambre 922 ou nous étions logé le climatiseur était en panne nous avons passé une nuit désagréable avant qu’on nous change la chambre le lendemain pour la chambre 1200 au 12 eme étage avec une télévision HS

Beside the view and a bit of the roof design, nothing else was good, slow elevators, small rooms with no standard gadgets for showering and pereonal care as well as they forget to change towels, no sleepers and many other missing things, very poor internet, bad service from staff to the management, poor breakfast menu, the price again value is really the most negative. I won't got to this place anymore and I don't recommend it for long stay or for business. ((((

Extremely overpriced, poor quality, poor service.
Pros:

Nothing is likable in this place.

Cons:

1) Breakfast is horrendously overpriced and just full of bread and nothing else. Selections are very poor.
2) Room price is too high for the value it offers. Staff doesnt replenish water and other consumables properly.
3) Rooms doesn't have fresh air. My colleagues and I woke up with headache every day. Lack of oxygen.
4) Gym was poor.
