Excellent séjour au Noom Hotel Abidjan
Pros:

La chambre était parfaitement propre, avec une décoration élégante, moderne et très soignée. Le check-in a été rapide, fluide et réalisé avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est généreux, varié et d’excellente qualité. La magnifique piscine, avec sa vue imprenable sur la lagune, rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Chambre propre et impeccable, excellente cuisine au restaurant Ayoka et buffet du petit-déjeuner varié et de grande qualité. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et d’un grand professionnalisme. Une très belle expérience.

Pour un hôtel à ce prix, la chambre n’était pas du tout qualitative, l’eau de la douche fuyait car les jointures n’étaient pas faites, la peinture sur les murs était abîmées. Le restaurant n’était pas bon malheureusement aussi..

Très belle vue, personnel agréable, très bien situé, lit confortable, le reste est un peu décevant

Le confort du lit, le petit déjeuner , le reste , étant donné le standing , était vraiment très moyen. Dommage!

Cons:

Propreté très relative de la zone de douche, vitre avec des traces, poubelle des toilette recouverte de poussière , nuage de poussière dans un coin de la chambre, sous le bureau. Porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas correctement, bouton d’échangeur entre la paume de douche et la douche à l’italienne coincé, ce qui à necessité l’intervention d’un technicien, la piscine qui est plutôt un grand « bassin » à débordement , le service BASIQUE, à savoir demander un peu de lait chaud pour un café que l’on souhaitait prendre dans la chambre à été facturé…3000 franc! Ce n’est pas la somme mais le service client doit être au dessus de tout, surtout pour ce genre d’établissement.

Not much to like. Bar staff and wait staff was friendly.

Cons:

Room was musty and had mold in the shower. Shower leaked from the door. Room was hot and ac didn't seem to work. Got very sick from the pizza. Would not recommend eating the pizza. The rest of the food wasn't bad. Asked the front desk the night before I left if they could arrange a taxi for me to the airport in the morning. The next morning they didn't do it but charged my room for it. And there were prostitutes hanging out in the bar looking for dates. They would follow me from the bar to the elevators. Speaking of the elevator they were some of the worst ones ever. Push the button and wait 5 minutes for one of the three working elevators to arrive at the floor. Once in they worked very well.
