Not much to like. Bar staff and wait staff was friendly.

Cons:

Room was musty and had mold in the shower. Shower leaked from the door. Room was hot and ac didn't seem to work. Got very sick from the pizza. Would not recommend eating the pizza. The rest of the food wasn't bad. Asked the front desk the night before I left if they could arrange a taxi for me to the airport in the morning. The next morning they didn't do it but charged my room for it. And there were prostitutes hanging out in the bar looking for dates. They would follow me from the bar to the elevators. Speaking of the elevator they were some of the worst ones ever. Push the button and wait 5 minutes for one of the three working elevators to arrive at the floor. Once in they worked very well.

Pros:

Très bel accueil de la part des réceptionnistes et du personnel du restaurant. La chambre était magnifique, avec une superbe vue sur la piscine et la lagune, exactement comme je l’avais demandée.

Cons:

L’attitude de l’un des maîtres-nageurs n’était malheureusement pas à la hauteur de la qualité de service attendue. Le directeur a immédiatement pris en compte ma plainte et s’est montré très réactif

Magnifique expérience ! La nourriture du restaurant Ayoka est excellente, pleine de saveurs et parfaitement préparée. Le personnel de l’hôtel est accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. La chambre est élégante, très propre, confortable, avec une vue superbe. Un vrai plaisir

Overpriced, medium sevice quality
Pros:

Lunch and dinner was good. Location is nice, so is the interior design of the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but below our expectations for that price. Some of the staff was really not friendly. Overall the hotel felt overpriced.
I asked for a airport shuttle which was confirmed upfront, but never showed up.

An Amazing Hotel Experience
Pros:

I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help.
My room was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the lagoon. Special thanks as well to the restaurant team for their excellent service and to the breakfast buffet, which was varied, generous, and delicious.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel de luxe à Abidjan. La chambre était superbe, très propre, moderne et parfaitement équipée, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la lagune.
Le femme de chambre toujours souriante et aux petits soins. On se sent accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance.
Le service au restaurant est remarquable, avec une équipe efficace et attentive qui contribue à rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme.
