La posizione è eccellente, il livello discreto come l'organizzazione. Purtroppo era ,penso, tappato il ventilatore del bagno, faceva rumore ma non aspirava. Quindi il fetore del bagno al mattino metteva di cattivo umore.

Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Zimmer wurden in 3 Nächte Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt.

Wir hatten die Option inkl. Frühstück, dieses hätten wir uns späten können, da wir nur 8€ pro Person beim Frühstück verwenden durften, der Rest war mit Aufpreis. Das Frühstück war in der nahegelegenen Bäckerei.

Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich.

The location

Cons:

The room has bare stone floor
The bed is uncomfortable, keeps sliding on the stone floor
The window didn't close probably and it wasn't enough sound resistant. The street is very noise till late in the night, therefore you need the earplugs!
The digital key didn't work at arrival, it took 30 min to finally get a physical key

Empfehlenswert, wenn das Hotel etwas gegen den Gestank im Bad irgendwas unternimmt.
Pros:

Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Im Haus gibt es ein Fahrstuhl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum. Die Kommunikation mit Bob ist gut.
Das Zimmer ist klein aber hat alles, was man braucht.
Es wäre alles wunderbar, wenn nicht der unerträgliche Gestank aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche. Nach dem Lüften war es etwas besser, aber wenn man nachts muss - ist schwer auszuhalten...
Bescheid haben wir gesagt, aber passierte nichts.
Sehr sehr schade, weil dieses Problem laut Rezensionen schon lange bekannt ist.

Very nice location, breakfast in a cafe nearby and all amenities provided! If I were to return to Madrid for an overnight stay, would choose this place again.

Cons:

The room walls were a bit too thin, the shower had specks of mold here and there. It was kinda hard to figure out where the button to exit the courtyard was, as it is not specified directly in the instructions.
