Sin aire acondicionado con 39 grados. Entrada engorrosa. Me quedé solo 2 horas. El tiempo que me llevó conseguir otro hotel a las 3 de la mañana. Un fiasco. Solo para mochileros

Αξιοπρεπέστατο κατάλυμα σε μοναδική τοποθεσία.

The location is excellent
Pros:

The place is in a great location with excellent transport connections. It was very convenient to get around, and everything we needed was easily accessible.

Cons:

One small suggestion for improvement would be to add sheer curtains or something similar to provide more privacy during the day while still letting natural light into the room.

A localização era ótima o espaço bem organizado e bem aproveitado.

Cons:

O banheiro nao tinha janela, o que o deixava meio úmido. A janela do quarto era enorme, mas de frente pra cama, então não era possível abrir pois os vizinhos ficavam multo próximos. O at condicionada nao funcionou.

Super centrale, mi sono sentita al sicuro pur essendo una ragazza da sola, tutto veramente pulito, e confortevole assolutamente consigliato

Cons:

Forse avrei preferito trovare una bottiglietta di acqua al mio arrivo, ma capisco ovviamente il costo che ci sia dietro

No se ni por dónde empezar, no recomiendo este alojamiento a nadie. Cuando llegamos el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (resulta que lleva así 1 año) por lo que la temperatura en la habitación era insoportable ( con 38 grados en la calle y el sol dando de lleno en la habitación). Al intentar contactar con ellos no te cogen el teléfono ni te contestan por lo que si te encuentras con algún otro problema en la habitación no vas a tener asistencia por su parte. De hecho booking intentó llamarlos para pedir explicaciones y tampoco les cogían el teléfono. Les pedí la hoja de reclamaciones y no me la facilitaron por lo que lo pondré en conocimiento de las autoridades competentes. Desaconsejare a todos mis conocidos que no reserven en este sitio. Si buscáis opiniones en otras plataformas veréis que todos los comentarios son iguales al mío.

- AC that didn’t work in the middle of a heatwave
- Expected guests to put up with 4 nights of heatwave with a fan without refund or cancellation

Advertised as a 4-star aparthotel but delivers nothing to the standard. What you get is a dingy room in an old commercial office building with colourful paint, old fixtures, a smelly bathroom and boiling hot temperatures.

No on site support to sort issues out, admitted that AC broke down months ago and still sold the rooms for 4-star pricing. Proceeds to gaslight guests by saying AC was never available on-site nor advertised on booking.com despite there being an AC panel in the room (see photo).
