Great location and excellent stay overall, but the mattress was far too soft for anyone with back problems.
Pros:

It was in a really good spot. Everything you need is near by.

Cons:

Only thing it wasn’t good was the mattress, all the way very soft mattress, I’ve got bad back and soft mattress are the worse for back pain so I had to sleep on the floor during my stay to avoid any discomfort on my back. Other than that the rest was perfect.

Close to The Opera Hotel and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Great shower, comfortable bed. Decent breakfast, friendly staff

Fantastic central hotel with great amenities and spotless.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly…. Arranged an in room surprise for a special birthday which was lovely…. Fantastic location for the Opera house … great breakfast although I thought I had paid for breakfast , apparently not!

That the breakfast option wasn’t clearer on the booking … disappointing to have to pay extra
