Was in a good neighborhood and clean.

Cons:

The staff were rude and inattentive. On multiple occasions warmly approaching them to ask them a question, we received hostile and mean responses. In a place like Miami with substantial heat, there should be complimentary water bottles in the room, this is customary in all tropical hotel destinations.

Quarto espaçoso e confortável

Cons:

Infelizmente a recepcionista que recebeu a gente não falava outro idioma e não se demostrou interesse em ajudar. Explicamos que não falávamos inglês muito bem. Ela começou foi a falar mais rápido e pouca acessível a perguntas!!!

Other then what was described above the rest ok
Cons:

Night front desk person extremely rude and out of line. Arrived at the hotel at 2:00 am and realized there was no sheet set for the sofa bed. Went down to ask for it, the night front desk person, gave me 12 pillow cases instead of a sheet set. Went down again and front desk person was annoyed and asked me what time I had checked in and why I didn’t ask for it then instead of at her night shift. Extremely rude, and unprofessional, not at all trained to deal with guests and their needs.
