Love this place, definitely would recommend it!
Pros:

The location was perfect. Away from the crowd but walking distance from pretty much everything

Cons:

The only thing it’s missing is a pool

Excellent except for breakfast seating service
Pros:

Most comforts bed and pillows of any hotel I have stayed in. Excellent location. Great front desk staff and service

Cons:

On both mornings I waited for 10 minutes at the breakfast desk for someone to come and take my room number and seat me. There were many open tables but the staff member had something more important to do.

Nice hotel, but there are better options.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet.

Cons:

Room temperature not consistent. Thermostat set at 70 the room was hot/cold.
Toilet room very, very small. If you’re not on the petite size it will be an issue
Staff was great when we checked in but when we checked out they didn’t bother to offer to help with our luggage. They weren’t busy.

Pros:

Beautiful property and great location. Had a great restaurant downstairs and rooftop bar. Bamford Spa is amazing and one of the best massages I’ve had. Also the bedding is top notch.

Cons:

Front desk lady wasn’t the friendliest but others were! Also, definitely put your Do Not Disturb on since housekeeping came at 8:30am, 3pm and 5pm for turndown and if you were laying down for any of those, it would wake you.

Amazing..
Pros:

1 Nashville is the perfect place to relax, recharge and immerse yourself in a zen-like atmosphere. From the moment I walked in I felt a calm energy with a great vibe. The room was amazing with spa like touches. The bed was so comfortable I slept as if I was on a cloud. The room was a comfortable cocoon. The food and drinks served were topnotch. The farm to table was obvious with the delicious fresh ingredients. Drinks were carefully created to offer something unique. Just a beautiful place to stay. Beautiful city view lights.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The service and ambiance were truly exceptional. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully designed, and the view was absolutely stunning.

Best Hotel Room Experience Ever!
Pros:

This was my first 1 Hotel. What an unexpected experience to be had here. Everything about the rooms did not feel like you were in a hotel. The hotel's eco-focused interiors and natural elements are artfully displayed throughout. It's ambience is fabulous. I'm a nut for lighting and they have the best lighting I've ever experienced. I can't wait to visit other 1 Hotels around the world.

Outstanding!
Pros:

Fantastic stay and wonderful staff! The food at 1Kitchen is superb and they were able to accommodate my dairy and gluten allergies with expertise. Everything was delicious! My expensive wine got toppled and my sweet server topped me off free of charge! As well, we had special goodies and bevvies in our room as a surprise when we returned from our evening out. It was so sweet and made my whole family feel seen and super special. It brought tears to my eyes! We will be lifelong customers for sure!

Exceptional in Nashville
Pros:

The hotel and amenities are amazing! The café downstairs with healthy food and smooth options is superb! The gym is great! The rooms are exceptional and large and very well decorated. The green sustainability of the hotel is a bonus. Very good location

Cons:

No cigar smoking area esp on open rooftop- as tgat rooftop and food choices would make a great area for a cigar smoke area
