Great location in the center of Brickell, walkign distance to main shopping area is 2 min away. If you are doing a cruise, the port is 10 min by car. Plenty of areas to explore form there.
Access outside is limited, rushing when stopping the car to get luggage out not to hold up traffic etc. lobby is on floor 6 or so. We had to request a room change at 11pm after a long flight from Europe because the rooftop bar/club had music playing so loud we could not sleep. So if you are wanting to sleep early then request a lower floor room away form the music. there was no issue in doing this once i requested, staff were great in accommodating this request. (it was a known issue)
How nice and helpful the staff was. A bonus was the Greek salad and pineapple mojito at the evening restaurant
There was a party on the floor right above us which I believe was the pool deck. The noise was loud and didn’t end until 1 or 2 in the morning. I think there should be a cutoff time for the “roudiness” when it’s during the times guest are using trying to get some rest
I liked being in the center of everything.
The first room I got was dirty and had blood on the curtains and they switched me to another room. The other room that we switched to was very outdated and old. The leather had statins and it was the not worth what I paid for.

El servicio del hotel es lamentable ( después de reservar habitacion con más de 1 mes de antelación, nos dan una habitación de minusválidos, sucia y nos dicen de malos modos que es lo único que tienen).
A localização é o ponto forte do hotel. O quarto é muito bom também, amplo. O café da manhã é bom.
A limpeza, a força do chuveiro e os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores. Mas nada que tenha prejudicado a estadia.

My recent stay at the AC Hotel Miami Brickell was extremely disappointing and honestly shocking for a property operating under the Marriott brand.
After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left a sweater in the room — a personal item that had significant value to me. I immediately called the hotel and was told that because it was “after hours,” nobody could help me and I should call back the next morning.
The next day, I called again and spent nearly 40 minutes on the phone being transferred and placed on hold, only to finally receive a cold and dismissive response: “Sorry, we didn’t find anything.”
No investigation. No follow-up. No attempt to help. No accountability.
I fully understand that guests can accidentally leave personal belongings behind. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of customer care, empathy, and professionalism in handling the situation.
For a hotel associated with Marriott, this level of service is simply not acceptable. Lost-and-found situations are exactly the kind of moments where true hospitality standards should become evident — and unfortunately, this hotel completely failed.
Very frustrating experience and certainly not what I expected from a Marriott-branded property. “This experience seriously affected my confidence in Marriott brand standards.”
