La ubicación del hotel me gustó mucho y, en general, el personal fue amable y atento, aunque sí tuvimos algún pequeño desencuentro con alguna persona del restaurante durante el desayuno.

Lo que más me gustó fue la habitación. Era cómoda, agradable y, en ese sentido, la estancia estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

El desayuno me pareció bastante justo, sobre todo porque había muy poca variedad de opciones saladas. Tampoco había diferentes tipos de pan: únicamente pan de molde, sin opción de pan fresco o natural.

Además, uno de los días nos entregaron una pequeña carta con algunas opciones adicionales que se podían pedir aparte, pero curiosamente no volvimos a verla ningún otro día. Estuvimos cinco noches y solo nos la ofrecieron una vez, así que da la sensación de que había más posibilidades de las que realmente se mostraban habitualmente.

Beware of the hidden charges!

Great location, high quality rooms and amenities (bars/restaurants)

Cons:

The $55 valet fee is obnoxious, as well as the $35 “resort fee”. These are just like the airlines with hidden fees, with baggage & seat up charges. The hotel advertises one price (which is already borderline high), and then you walk out of there paying $100 extra per night on top of the agreed-upon price. This should be stated somewhere up front, but it’s not. I wouldn’t have stayed here, had I known about all these up-charges. Wasn’t worth it.
