Overpriced, and NOT 4 star quality. 15 minute walk to local large Tunjungan mall.
Small swimming pool, tucked away at the side of the hotel, and of poor build quality.
Very SMALL room size.
Breakfast is NOT of a 4 star standard, poor choice, spicy food all, no vegetables. Very LIMITED salad selection, quantity.
Cheap furniture all over the hotel, which is wearing badly.
Carpets through hotel which are not suitable, dirty and not of a good standard.
Decor through hotel which needs a refurb.
Car park facility too small for volume of cars.

In the centre of town, very strategic. Staff are very friendly and nice. The rooms are cozy but the noise level is a bit loud at floor 7.

Comfortable bed, they gave us 4 pretty comfortable pillows which is pretty rare imo for 4 stars hotels. They got a pretty nice view too and are pretty close to lots of convenience stores.
Overall all the facilities, and the service is good, the food is good, the room is also clean there are no weird smell or stank on the bed
Enjoy staying here with loved ones, breakfast enjoyables with so much variety of menu. Room is clean enough, and comfortable enough. The ac also working well. there's a sky lounge on floor 20. Pretty enjoyable vacation on this hotel. Really good experience.
the hotel service is good and friendly, the location is strategic in the center of Surabaya city, the hotel is clean. My family and I are happy to be able to have an experience together at this hotel. If you come to Surabaya again, I recommend this hotel as a hotel choice for a comfortable holiday in the middle of Surabaya city
Staff hospitality was good, but the room need to be checked for the sanitary maintenance. There was such an unpleasant smell in the air, either from the toilet or the wall (sus of fungus or something). The air condition not quite good.
But overall, to stay the night it’s still ok.

Definitely will recommend this hotel to all of you. No regret! Also you can find nearest mall from here. It's the biggest mal in Surabaya for sure.

Please give more variant for breakdast menu like dimsum, zuppa soup, cotton candy, etc
