Pros:

Thank you to the front desk staff for their warm hospitality, friendly attitude, and excellent service. They kindly gave us a room with a wonderful view of the mountains, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Огромная территория отеля, много хвойных деревьев, берез ив и кленов, газонокосилкой подстригают траву каждый день, огромный гольф ⛳️ клуб. Вежливый персонал на ресепшене

Великолепный отдых. Для перезагрузки хватает даже одного дня. Полное расслабление. Сауна, бассейн, комфортное времяпрепровождение. Отличное обслуживание. Завтрак, разнообразный, персонал безупречен. Чистота, безопасность, комфорт.
Плавали, загорали и хорошо проводили время вдвоем.

Хочу поблагодарить команду Фронт Офиса за высокий уровень сервиса и профессионализм. Видно, что коллектив работает слаженно и с искренней заботой о гостях. Особенно хотелось бы отметить директора Ферида,и его команду, Айгерим, Натали, Токмухамед и Абилхаир за их внимательность, отзывчивость и качественную работу. Благодаря таким сотрудникам пребывание в отеле становится по-настоящему комфортным и приятным!
