Pros:

Территория потрясающая, зелено, горы, чистый воздух. Далековато от центра города, с пробками добираться примерно час. Отель не новый, средненький, но, чистенький. Спасибо отдельно менеджеру Согдиане, она помогла с ранним заездом, быстро нас заселила.

Cons:

Мы были во время концерта Kanye West, да, был апокалипсис, город был без электричества, без воды, но персонал максимально не обучен справляться с кризисными ситуациями. Даже с грозой и ливнем, что является нормой для региона.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the mountains, which was definitely one of the highlights. The swimming pool is very nice, and the breakfast was also excellent, with a good selection of food.

Cons:

The main downside was the atmosphere around the pool. The music was quite loud and not particularly relaxing, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the otherwise lovely pool area.

In the evening, there was also a large and rather noisy event taking place on the hotel grounds. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to enjoy an evening walk around the property, and one of the restaurants was completely reserved for the event. It would have been appreciated if hotel guests had been informed about such events in advance, especially when they affect access to the facilities and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

OK good facility but stay could have been better.
Cons:

During my stay, I was unwell and suffering from a fever. As my return flight to India was scheduled for late evening, I requested a late checkout until 2:30 PM. I raised this request a few times with the reception team, hoping for some consideration given my health condition.

Unfortunately, since the hotel staff came to know that I might be late they sent a luggage attendant to collect my bags even before the standard checkout time of 12:00 noon. What was particularly disappointing was that I observed while sitting in lobby other guests being allowed to check out later without any apparent issue.

I found this lack of empathy and inconsistent treatment quite upsetting. As a guest who was ill and genuinely in need of assistance, I expected a more considerate and customer-focused approach from the hotel.

1. Хочу поблагодарить команду Guest Relations. Команда просто супер, очень помогли мне в организации сюрприза, всегда были на связи, украсили номер даже лучше чем я предполагал, супер инициативные. Я такую команду guest relations ни в одном отеле, ни в одной стране не встречал еще. Особую благодарность хотел проявить Натали, был бы у меня отель, я бы её захантил😅, в некоторых моментах она сама за меня все продумывала и наш отдых прошел супер. Отдельную благодарность хотел проявить Шугыле, Айгерим и Боте. Девочки просто супер, оформили и подготовили номер буквально за 1 час по моей просьбе.

Честно сказать, благодаря тому как они все организовали, я решил продлить пребывание еще на один день.

2. Спасибо Дане с ресторана Phoenix. Каждый день бронировала нам столик который особенно нам нравится и даже вчера праздновали день рождение отца.

Cons:

1. Бассейн на улице теплый, после жаркого дня и нагрева хочется в прохладной воде искупаться, но тепло очень. Комфортная температура во внутреннем бассейне.
2. В ресторане Phoenix в прошлом году было очень вкусно, в этом году будто поменялся повар. Шашлык средний, Семга с креветкой не вкусная(вчера не доели), Миньон тоже не понравился(жестковатый и сухой), Равиоли только вкусные и салат Табуле.
3. Ужасную подсветку сделали внутри озера, родственники и друзья приходили и все об этом говорят. Надо поменять хотя бы оттенок на теплый или нейтральный цвет.
4. В бассейне Мини бургер не вкусный, обычный бургер вкусный.
5. Теннисный корт: неудачно сделали покрытие, оно кривое во многих местах (посмотрите какой на Баганашыле), один корт вообще не работает.
