Чувствуешь себя как дома

Все ребята - большие молодцы! Выражаю свою признательность команде на ресепшен за невероятное гостеприимство и искреннее желание помочь. С первых минут чувствуешь себя не просто гостем, а действительно желанным человеком. И отдельная благодарность менеджеру Фариду видно, сколько внимания он уделяет сервису. Именно такие люди создают атмосферу, в которую хочется возвращаться снова и снова!

Cons:

У меня аллергия на мошек. Но большой плюс, что заранее предупреждают об этом и есть возможность попросить рейд

Ребята на входе все доброжелательные, светлые, будто знают нас сто лет. Ресторан на озере - Феникс, просто великолепен! Погода хороша, пока нет пчел в отличие от прошлого года.

На мой взгляд лучший отель в Алматы
Pros:

Понравилось все. Прекрасное расположение в огромном парке, тишина и спокойствие. Великолепный спа. Ресторан на берегу пруда очень красивый с интересным меню.
