Gostei da limpeza, da cama, do chuveiro e principalmente da localização.

Cons:

Da bancada/pia do banheiro (muito pequena) e do local onde é servido o café, paredes de azulejo verde que dão a impressão de refeitório de hospital.

Experiência extremamente frustrante e falta de empatia de funcionários.
Pros:

O hotel, em si, permanece bom. Novo, confortável e bem localizado.

Cons:

Infelizmente, minha família toda (eu, esposa e dois filhos pequenos) tivemos uma intoxicação alimentar (não relacionada ao hotel). Nossos filhos, por terem apenas 4 e 6 anos, não conseguiram se controlar e vomitaram na cama e chão do quarto. Como já era a noite, informaram que não haveria serviço de limpeza e eu precisaria limpar sozinho ou trocar de quarto (com 4 pessoas vomitando e passando mal, as 11:30 da noite).

Diferente de um Airbnb (e é por isso que eu nunca me hospedo em Airbnb), se espera que um hotel tenha serviços 24x7, especialmente em situações excepcionais como essa. A falta de empatia de um dos funcionários foi marcante, respondendo com extrema grosseria e falta de capacidade de resolução de problemas.

Cons:

Black out estava desmanchando e entrava claridade (ap 803); toalhas do primeiro dia nao eram tão boas igual ao do segundo dia;
Tive transtornos com o estacionamento pois paguei pelo celular, tem que pagar para o funcionário, aí o cartão não funciona e cada vez que entra e sai leva um tempão explicando a mesma coisa
