Cons:

Juste un petit problème de stationnement, car c’est difficile de trouver une place pour stationner, surtout quand on arrive un peu tard.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’excellent emplacement de l’hôtel, à proximité du parking, de la place Outa El Hammam, de la Kasbah et de Ras El Ma. Le personnel était également très agréable, gentil et serviable. J’ai aussi apprécié le rooftop, qui est un bel espace avec beaucoup de potentiel et une jolie vue.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié le niveau de propreté et de préparation de la chambre à mon arrivée : poussière sur le lit et les coussins, couvre-lit déchiré, taché et sale, ainsi que l’absence de serviettes et de peignoirs dans la chambre. J’ai également trouvé la télévision très lente et difficile à utiliser.

Le rooftop, bien que joli, manquait d’entretien et de nettoyage. Le petit-déjeuner était également décevant en termes de qualité, de variété et de présentation, et ne correspondait pas au tarif de l’établissement.

Plus globalement, j’ai trouvé que la qualité des prestations et le niveau de service n’étaient pas à la hauteur du prix payé.

Just a few steps from the entrance to the Medina next to the road which means that the taxi drops you next to the door and you don’t have to carry your luggage. On the other hand, if you choose to stay inside the Medina, please be aware that you will have to carry your personal belongings through steps and uphill which is not at all convenient. Nice roof top.

Cons:

Noisy at the night because of music from nearby clubs. Furthermore, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, Chefchaouen is much overrated, it’s packed with hoards of tourists and has totally lost its character. If I knew, I would have certainly preferred to stay in Tetouan which is 75 min away and offers a much more authentic experience not spoiled by massive tourism.

Top du top ! Un hôtel exceptionnel. Les chambres sont impeccables, le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable et toujours aux petits soins. L’accueil est chaleureux, le service est irréprochable et tout est pensé pour que l’on passe un séjour parfait. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette magnifique expérience ! 💙
