早餐很豐富,美味~　喜歡瓶裝沙拉和優格　　煉乳饅頭很不錯~

Cons:

入住當天下午四點多一進房時，就已向飯店反映房內有異常狀況，且地面有一灘積水。由於當時趕著前往演唱會，未能進一步確認；直到晚上十一點多返回房間後，才發現浴室另一面牆面又有明顯滲水情形。

之後房務及工程人員到場查看，確認並非管線漏水問題，而是天花板內部有積水造成。由於當天飯店滿房，無法安排更換同房型客房，因此只能繼續入住原房間。

退房時，飯店贈送了泰迪熊及寶格麗香氛作為善意補償，對此我們表示感謝。不過，以如此高規格的酒店而言，從最初反映問題到後續處理的效率與應對方式，仍有進步空間，整體服務體驗未達到我們對該品牌應有的期待，因此感到有些失望。

非常滿意！體驗到「賓至如歸」，下次到高雄會再選擇這邊。
Pros:

房間寬敞，特別是浴室非常漂亮🤩 晚上洗完澡在窗邊泡澡非常快樂！！
床墊、枕頭、棉被都非常舒適，甚至讓我跑去問服務人員是否有販售（枕頭還真的有在賣）。
服務人員態度很好，特別是前台人員都非常親切。
早餐值得加購，品項豐富，也都滿好吃。
健身房雖然不大但是基本器材都有，而且現場有附毛巾很貼心。

Cons:

送到客房的餐點沒有想像中的美味，但也有及格（煲湯好喝）。
吹風機一度有點問題（吹到一半會停掉），但向工作人員反應後馬上有人來修。

숙소 컨디션, 직원들의 응대 모든 것이 너무 좋았습니다! 특히 오랜만에 방문한 대만 여행이라 친구들에게 선물 받은 망고가 있었는데 어떻게 먹을까 고민하던 차에 호텔에 부탁드렸더니 예쁘게 컷팅해주고 룸서비스까지 해줘서 감동받았습니다
