Pros:

Нам очень понравился персонал отеля , отдельное спасибо за то что позаботились о нашем питомце . Было приятно что нам в номере поставили тарелочку лежанку и корм принесли прямо в номер. Был очень вкусный завтрак. Все чистенькое и свежее , фрукты фреши .

Обовʼязково повернемося в цей готель наступного разу гостюючи у Львові
Pros:

Зручна локація - біля ТЦ, до площі Ринок хвилин 10. Є власна парковка. Гучномовець інформує про небезпеку і просить пройти в укриття. Сніданки дуже смачні, великий вибір страв, шампанське, фреш, різноманітні десерти. Ресторан на 7 поверсі з неймовірним видом на Львів. Кімнати просторі, був балкон. Зручні матраси, спати було дуже комфортно. Привітний та клієнторієнтований персонал.

Застарілі вимикачі світла та вентиляції, які спрацьовували не з першого разу

Pros:

Я спитала і не очікувала), що в номері можливий дитячий халат та капці.Моя дочка розтанула.Ну це милота! Здивувала дитяча косметика, це у саме серденько для малечі

Чотири роки в цьому готелі, коли у Львові.
Сніданки неперевершені
Через дорогу ТЦ Форум,а це: дитяча кімната, що для мене актуально, + шопінг, + Сільпо, + Кінотеатр.

Не в перший раз в цьому готелі, якщо зупиняємось у Львові то тільки тут. Смачні сніданки, чудове розташування, привітний персонал, зручно, що можна залишити авто на стоянці. Чудовий готель
