Though it's marriot but nothing close to it rooms are not clean bathroom is dirty iron box does not work properly breakfast spread was sad will not stay next certainly
Sunil sabastin was very welcoming and fast in all process of checkin and check out.
We had booked this hotel at last moment and found the Hotel to be pretty good. We had food at therestarant and it was reasonable and tasted delicious. The staff is very warm and helpful.
We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at The Fern Residency Hubballi during our visit to Hubli for hospital-related work near Suchirayu Hospital.
The hotel is excellently located on Gokul Road connecting to Airport Road, making travel very convenient. Its close proximity to Suchirayu Hospital was extremely helpful for our family during this period.
A special thanks to Mr. Anil Ji, Mr. Sunil Ji, and the entire Front Desk team for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and continuous support throughout our stay. Their caring attitude truly made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
We would also like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Praveen and the complete Restaurant & In-Room Dining team for their prompt service and delicious food. Every meal was well prepared and served with great care.
Heartfelt thanks to the Housekeeping team as well for maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms and hotel premises.
The hotel offers ample parking space, good ambience, smooth road connectivity, and a very supportive staff. Overall, it was a smooth, peaceful, and satisfying experience.

A la carte was good. Staff were helpful.
Swimming pool was not usable. Gym didnt have lights. Treadmill didnt work. Staff struggled to speak in Kannada or English. Even their Hindi was not understandable.

Location is good despite heavy traffic outside the hotel.,
Despite booking a suite, the upkeep of the room was not up to the mark. Broken wooden laminate is an injury risk which needs immediate attention. Certain flooring has uneccesssry indentation in the washroom, again posing injury risk.
Housekeeping service is a little slow and can be more prompt.
