Location and price
Second time I stay here because its walking distance to many places of my interest.
The neighborhood feels safe even at night.
First time my experience was better.
Now I'm not sure if I would stay a 3 time( time will tell due to value for money)
I paid for a room with wifi, they put me in one with no wifi, the room felt smaller than the one I had payed for, the room had some strange repairs on the walls, we found 2 old socks under the bed, and a bad of cleaning products in the closet.
WiFi barely worked, everything was old, the bathroom shower didn’t drain properly so my room smelled like sewage the entire time and the staff were barely helpful and could not give me a new room.
Awesome location and cheap price, that’s it.

La ubicación es excelente, en un área muy segura y llena de restaurantes y bares a la redonda.
El baño es muy chico y apretado todo.
Definitivamente, la ubicación. El personal, siempre atento y amable. Es una de las razones por las que regreso ahí siempre.
Lo que no me gustaba era el internet y ahora estuvo corriendo de manera ágil.
This hotel is in the heart of Roma Norte. Area is full of food spots and cute shopping stores. A fun and friendly area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the older employees such as Jose Flores who was helpful and a wealth of information.
It is obvious it needs some upgrades. Initially, I wanted a change of room. The place was very dark and small. Not all the lights worked, when I went to complain, the young receptionist said that there were no rooms and that “at least you have air conditioning”. The last straw was when I tried to use the shower and the shower handle was broken and I could not control the water temperature. I went to complain again to the manager, who immediately sent to have the problems resolved.

No tiene A/C, la reserva decía que contaba al menos con ventilador y el ventilador no servía, hacía demasiado calor
La puerta se atoraba, para entrar había que pasar la tarjeta (llave) varias veces
