Pros:

Un concepto de hotel muy diferente: la recepción comparte espacio con el comedor, en el que se sirve el desayuno por las mañanas y un ramen calentito por las noches.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado tener la posibilidad de desayunar, pero al no haberlo reservado en el momento del check-in, no nos permitieron hacerlo después.

Lovely staff, great location, close to the station. Nice room, great bathroom. Lots of nice touches, like free udon in the evenings, free drinks in the room, free bath salts, and a little gift on checking out.

Felt very new, clean and comfortable.
Great location.
The staff were lovely, attentive and accommodating.
Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

If you want to have breakfast at the hotel make sure you book in early.
Minor issue which could be a me thing....
Upstairs bedroom and toilet down steep stairs. Maybe some automatic lights for safety.

A rare gem!
Pros:

Nice Japanese style. Very clean. Drinks were provided free of charge. A very nice welcome. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and room.

Superbe hotel avec un esprit tres japonais contemporain. Accueil chaleureux avec thé et petites douceurs sucrées. Ils ont gardé nos bagages, que l'on a retrouvé le soir directement dans la chambre.

Tutto é stato perfetto. Lo staff molto accogliente e attento, ci han fatto trovare in camera una bottilgia con un bellissimo bigliettino scritto e disegnato da loro , dato che eravamo in viaggio di nozze.
All’arrivo ti accolgono con un piccolo sfizio i “ Dango”, alla sera dalle 18 alle 20 servono gratuitamente un caldo piatto di “Udon”, il tutto in una delle strutture più belle e curate che abbia mai visto . Infine al check out ti salutano e ti lasciano un piccolo souvenir di ricordo . TOP

Die unglaublich geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die vielen liebevollen Details auf dem Zimmer, von Tee-Service, Getränke und Kaffee umsonst, Cosmetic Zubehör, Hauskleidung, Rahmen auf‘s Haus und einem extrem zuvorkommenden Personal… man kommt kaum aus dem Zimmer, so wohl fühlt man sich dort.
