Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und ausgestattet sowie sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab freie Getränke im Zimmer und in der Lobby und abends gratis eine sehr leckere Udon-Nudelsuppe.

Great little hotel - central location.
Pros:

We stayed in the Fuji suite because I wanted more room to spread out a little and the layout was great. The beds are upstairs with the everything else downstairs - plus you have to access stairs to get to the suite. That was not an issue for us but if you have an issue with stairs it should be noted. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location ideal. We walked everywhere…except one day we called a cab because it was dumping rain. I liked having the coffee bar available in the lobby because we like a cup of coffee early in the morning and sometimes that is hard to find! We didn’t include the breakfast because we aren’t big breakfast eaters.

Cons:

We loved our suite, but it was a little dusty as there are a lot of beams in the ceiling that needed to be cleaned better. They likely are hard to access, but a thorough cleaning should be done more frequently. I also got charged for a room key/card that I didn’t turn in upon check out. I think I left it in the room - as it never turned up in my personal luggage. It wasn’t an actual key which I could understand - but those generic cards that many hotels use. I always get 2 keys because you need one to power the room and with 2 of us if we wanted to leave separately with a key you would have no power in the room for the person staying in the room.

Lovely boutique hotel with exceptional customer service and thoughtful extras.
Pros:

Gorgeous appointed boutique style hotel, with outstanding customer service and amenities. We loved the complimentary items in the bathrooms, minibar and lobby refreshments. Very thoughtful! We also used the bath salts given on arrival :)

Cons:

Our aircon was not very effective. The staff were very kind to help lower it to the coolest setting, but unfortunately it just isn’t very strong cooling. The room is without power before arriving, so on arrival it was so hot and stuffy and took many hours to make the room tolerable. Even after a full day of cooling, the room temperature was still warm and stuffy.

Una struttura davvero bellissima e curata nei dettagli, camera molto grande e accogliente. Il personale è estremamente gentile e fornisce gradite attenzioni a partire dal dolce benvenuto che viene riservato agli ospiti, ai sali da bagno offerti all’arrivo e alla camera dotata di molti comfort, incluso l’accesso a bibite gratuite. Colazione asiatica molto interessante. Posizione strategica tra la stazione e i vari luoghi da visitare. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati. Molto consigliato.

הצוות אומנם לא יודע אנגלית כל כך טוב אך היו נחמדים. המקלחת ממש גדולה ומרווחת, מאוד נהנתי ממנה.

הייתה לנו גם ארוחת ערב במלון שהם מגישים חינם למי שרוצה, היא הייתה טעימה. הם נתנו בחינם שתיה במיני בר ובלאונג' למטה במלון, כלום לא עלה אקסטרה כסף.

Cons:

אולי רק להוסיף כיסא או שרפרף בכניסה לחדרים כי צריך להוריד או לשים נעליים כשיוצאים ונכנסים מהחדר ופחות נוח בעמידה בחלק מהנעליים, מעבר לכך הכל היה ממש טוב, תמשיכו כך.

It was a perfect stay at a very welcoming hotel!
Pros:

The staff was fantastic - they have a system for helping you make restaurant reservations. I mentioned wanting a special restaurant because it was my birthday, and the next day they sent a bottle of sparkling wine to my room. The rooms are spotless and modern, and the lobby is cozy and welcoming. This was a very enjoyable stay. Bonus - it’s easy walking distance to the local market and lots of great restaurants.

Piccola struttura deliziosa
Pros:

Struttura piccola, molto curata, probabilmente la più bella in cui abbiamo soggiornato in tutto il nostro viaggio in Giappone! Posizione comoda, sia alla stazione che per visitare la città, (Nagamachi, Higashi Chaya, i giardini di Kenrokuen e Omicho Market sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi in breve tempo). Camera molto bella e ampia, in stile giapponese ma con ogni comfort, ampio anche l’ambiente bagno con stanza doccia/vasca. Staff molto gentile, disponibile e premuroso; accoglienza di livello, al nostro arrivo ci sono state offerte diverse bevande e un piccolo spuntino e alla partenza ci hanno omaggiato di un sacchettino di snack locali. Nell’incantevole zona comune era inoltre possibile consumare la sera, un delizioso yonaki udon (offerto) o la colazione giapponese (come extra). Fantastiche amenities in stanza quali i kimono da camera o i prodotti doccia dalle meravigliose profumazioni naturali. Ci tornerei assolutamente!
