Room was little dark. Construction near the hotel, noise is disturbing a bit

The location, the hotel is beautiful and super high quality, the staff is amazing, the cleaning is excellent and the staff and breakfast buffet phenomenal.
The laundry room was always full and people leaving their clothes at the laundry for many hours without picking up.
Overall best Hotel we have stayed at in Japan everything from facilities to rooms to staff amazing

Ein sehr schönes, elegantes Hotel, 5 Min zu Fuss von der U-Bahn Station, zentral gelegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es gute Verbindungen. Das Zimmer war gross genug, gute Betten, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig mit einen guten Mix aus japanischen und kontinentalen Elementen. Wir haben sehr früh gebucht und daher auch einen guten Preis erhalten. Empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Laundry availability can be monitored from your tv which is a great feature, however staff have to be prompted to clear the machines of other guests items after the machine has finished.
Although the hotel is nicely styled, it is not particularly functional in many areas. The lift system is clumsy with a change to a second lift being required to get from your room down to street level to exit the hotel. There was a communication issue regarding the room cleaning that was not rectified until day 3 of our 5 night stay. Ask for a room away from the main road as sirens during the night are quite intrusive. The lounge is great for tea and juice in the afternoon but does not open in the evening until 6pm which may not work if you have dinner reservations.

The lounge and its offerings during the day were excellent. Nice rooms. Good to have access to laundromat in the hotel. The location was great once we had orientated ourselves. Caught the bus from outside or nearby frequently.
No swimming pool. Staff often said 'no or cannot help you' to requests for assistance. Probably hotel policy but it was annoying that the staff weren't more helpful with concierge style requests.
