Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind für 4 Personen sehr klein. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Koffer abzustellen oder Bekleidung aufzuhängen.

Definitely book it again for future trips to Kyoto
Pros:

From the moment that we arrived at the hotel until our departure the staff were very attentive and dedicated to providing us the best service possible.
The afternoon snack bar plus the later happy hour was a great opportunity to enjoy free snacks and drinks. By far one of the best places that we stay in Japan. After a long day out in the heat we could enjoy the free drinks and snacks in a relaxing atmosphere at the hotel facilities.
Definitely worth to staying in this place, because the surrounding area has public transport and plenty places to eat out and enjoy the traditional Japanese cuisine.

Prachtig verblijf, waar de beleving voorop staat.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel dat heel ruim is opgezet. Vlakbij veel bezienswaardigheden. Prachtige inrichting. Kamer met bad etc. En bovenop alles krijg je twee keer per dag gratis snacks en drankjes aangeboden. War een verwennerij.

Cons:

Ik zou nog 1 tip hebben. Het concept is zo eigentijds en geweldig doordacht dat een specifieke geur nog het allerlaatste stukje toe zou voegen aan de totale belevenis.

Pros:

Het ontbijt is ongelooflijk straf in keuzemogelijkheden.

Cons:

We hadden eerst een standaardkamer geboekt voor een gezin met 2 kinderen maar waren genoodzaakt een upgrade te vragen. Het 4de bed in de nieuwe kamer was keihard, dus we hebben ons beholpen met het tegen elkaar schuiven van de 3 grote eenpersoonsbedden.

とても快適でお値段以上！
Pros:

朝食や夜の軽食サービスがとても良かった。また、スタッフの方々もとても感じが良かったです。

Cons:

部屋のトイレがなんとなく匂いが気になりました。あと、ランドリーがなかなか空かなくて、使用困難でした。ですが、ランドリーがあるお陰で、夏でも旅先で洗濯できて快適に過ごせました。
