Cons:

Ubicación más bien alejada del centro, dos ascensores para llegar a la habitación, el personal no es especialmente amigable aunque no sea maleducado ni mucho menos, baño de la habitación minúsculo y ducha con suelo de piscina…

Отличный отель, расположен на центральной улице, хотя до самого тусового района надо пройтись минут 20-25. Номер не очень большой, но в целом удобный. Завтраки отличные, хотя и повторяющиеся. На котельном часе угощают помимо вина, еще и японским саке и виски, лобби очень стильное, в духе японского минимализма

Cons:

Нам была неудобна раковина в коридоре номера, а не в ванной, хотя я знаю что во многих японских отелях такая планировка, мне она представляется непрактичной и нелогичной

Great accomodations and excellent breakfast
Pros:

We are a family of four, had two full size beds and one cot. Room was tight with 4+ pieces of luggage but manageable. We were sight seeing most of the time and not in the room much anyway.
Breakfast offered many different nationality of foods and main items changed daily. Great variety

Participated in a green tea ceremony and saki testing in the hotel lobby.
Staff was attentive and helpful.

素晴らしい！
Pros:

とても素晴らしかった。部屋も清潔、センスも良い。お風呂も日本風でとても快適。
朝ごはんも美味しかった。スタッフもフレンドリー。次もここに泊まります。

Cons:

エレベーターがすぐに来るといいなあ〜
立地も悪くないのですが中心からは少し遠い。

最高のホテルです！また来たいと思います！
Pros:

接客態度が良かった、品格があるような話し方でした
ラウンジが最高！
あさりのチャンジャやグラスで気になるお酒が好きな量くめるのが良かった
お風呂が広くて足が伸ばせて湯船に浸かれるのが良かった
今までで最高のホテルだった

Cons:

2泊3日でしたがアメニティのコーヒーが2日間切れていたのと冷房の効きが悪かったのが少しだけ残念だった(私が暑がりなのもあると思います)
ホテルが悪い訳では無いのですが、集団の外国人がコインランドリーを独占していてなかなか使用できなくて困った
