Overall great, I intend to visit again !
Pros:

Clean knowledgeable staff. Location. Mini market in the lobby had great options. Pool and whirlpool both amazing. Easy use of heat/cooling.

Cons:

Paying for parking. Outside parking lot lights not adjusted for change in daylight/ night. Only 2 sets of towels for a room that could hold 4. So no extra towels to dry hair.

Pros:

Location is great. Views to the west are great.

Cons:

Understaffed. Waited in line for 10 minutes to ask a simple question while the only member of the staff was discussing reservations with a fiuture potential customer. his happened twice.

They started charging $5 for parking which is most annoying.

Clean, hot shower, comfy beds, great free breakfast and helpful staff! Perfect stay!
Pros:

First and foremost the staff went above and beyond helping us with dinner suggestions and then help with cutlery, late night! The breakfast was delish with meats, eggs, biscuits, bagels and juices, & pancakes !
King bed was so comfy, tv channels were ok! Very clean and bath exceptional!!! Would stay again!

Pros:

We did not get breakfast. We just left.

Cons:

We got into the room late in the day and was ok until the electricity went out! They kept trying to flip the breaker.....it did
not work. Then they went down to try again .....nothing!! I finally told them we need a new room and gave us one on a
different floor. (my daughter was in the shower in the dark when the lights went out BTW) The heat didn't work very well
in that room but, we were very tired. My daughter had surgery the next day and we were very stressed!

Hotel was comfortable and renovated.

Cons:

There was a dirty sock between luggage stand and closet. Mattress and pillows should be better. Egg & cheese omelette was cold with unmelted cheese. A water bottle filling station would be nice.

Cons:

Restant plusieurs jours les chambres n’ont pas été faites et linge était mouillé
Le fer à repasser a fait sauté les plombs plusieurs fois et le personnel devait s’occuper des arrivées en plus.
Le prix était excessifs par rapport au services proposés

Cons:

The breakfast was cold, and the turkey meat looked like leftovers—I don't know, it just looked bad. Also, a box of five Snickers ice cream bars cost $20, which is way too much. One of the beds had hair on it, and the shower was dirty. There was no conditioner, no cream, no soap. It was only shampoo and nothing else; the whole bottle was shampoo.

Wonderful stay! Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, modern and well-appointed rooms. A 7-minute drive to downtown. Water and coffee available in lobby 24-hrs. Free parking. Very easy access to our car.

Cons:

Breakfast should have more healthy options but it was decent.
