Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. Service was excellent ,the staff was very friendly ,healthful,and professional. Everybody made me feel welcome and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel. Also i want to thanks Ms.Merie the lady for the front desk for help me.

We come to drop our son UVA we stay 3 nights Nice place ,clean you can’t get everything near the hotel ,breakfast was very good. You have so many choice to eat we have great time with my family nice location I am sure we will be back every year

Clean but too many other serious issues
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Went to the pool twice and there were not enough towels. We ended up using beach towels we had luckily brought with us. Firepit didn't work. Very dangerous small cups for coffee maker. There are no coffee machines in rooms so you have to use a machine in lobby. The cups are so small the coffee fills to the brim making almost impossible to carry. This is a safety hazard. Paying for parking is strange for a none resort but I was aware from other reviews.

They provide all the essentials you could want for a short stay while traveling.
Pros:

Very good assortment of breakfast options well organized from a simple bagel to being able to make your own pancakes. Two coffee machines that prepare each cup of coffee from scratch from grinding the beans to offering your preference for how it is prepared and it is very good coffee and limitless throughout the day.
They seem to be environmentally conscious in trying to reduce unnecessary use of plastics as well.
Overall the room and the entire facility is very well maintained, clean and very accommodating to their guests.

Cons:

The only noticeable oversight was that there was no shower mat or scored tub surface to prevent slipping when taking a shower. There is a rail in the shower to grab onto, but that does not prevent slipping on the smooth tub surface. In their conscious effort to prevent single use waste they have dispensers in the shower for body wash , shampoo, and conditioner eliminating the need for individual soaps and single use plastic bottles of shampoo, but using them requires using your hands to dispense the lotions and that can be problematic on a slippery surface.
