Pros:

朝食の時料理の説明等してくださいましたのでとても嬉しかったです！他県からしたら地元の物ってよくわからないので助かりました！娘がジュースをこぼした時も嫌な顔もせず拭いてくれました！あの時の女性スタッフさん本当にありがとうございます！

ついついやり過ぎてしまう、湯舟、散歩、朝食、ご注意あれ。
Pros:

夜に大浴場に入り、仕事の疲れを取る事が出来ました。
早朝に美観地区と阿知神社を散歩し、その後、ホテルの朝食を頂きました。楽しく素敵な時間を過ごせました。

Cons:

良くない点はありませんが、あえて加えるとすると、ホテルロビーへのアプローチを分かり易くして頂けると助かります。

Great Base for Exploring Kurashiki and Okayama
Pros:

The property is close to Kurashiki Station and local attractions. The area feels safe at night and has plenty of dining options. Okayama Station is only about 30-40 minutes away, including walking, waiting, and train travel, so it is very easy to visit both Kurashiki and Okayama while staying here. The nightly rate is also excellent compared with hotels near Okayama Station - I found rooms here generally ¥5,000-¥10,000 cheaper. I believe the hotel also has a spa, although I didn’t use it.

Cons:

Nothing significant. I booked a single room, and it was pretty much the standard compact Japanese hotel room you would expect. The room was clean and everything worked properly.

Convenient location with relaxing spa, great as a base to explore.
Pros:

A wonderful location that is central to both the historical quarter and the trains that connect to the rest of Okayama. The room was nice and comfortable, and if you like spas, the provided one in the hotel is a great opportunity to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was also extremely helpful even after my stay, contacting me after I forgot an item and making sure I was able to receive it as quickly as possible!

コスパ良く快適
Pros:

行きたかった観光地(美観地区)、たべたいと考えていた飲食店とスーパーが近く立地がすごく良かった。
また風呂でも限られたスペースを最大限活用していて窮屈に感じなかったのも評価できる

Cons:

強いていえば駐車場がないということ。
ただ近くに一日で千円台で駐車できるパーキングがあることからそんなに問題ではない

Pros:

立地がよくホテル内も綺麗！室内も充分な広さがあり、のんびり過ごすことができました。

Cons:

温泉の更衣室と浴室がもう少し広いとなおいいと思いました。部屋のテレビでYouTubeやサブスクを観られるようになれば嬉しいです！

最高！
Pros:

館内は清潔でオシャレでした。館内着も着心地が良かったです。朝食ビュッフェが一階の白壁さんなのですが、朝から新鮮なお刺身が頂けて感動しました。駅からも美観地区にも近くて、ホテルがあるアチテラスのロケーションが素敵で、暮らしてみたい場所になりました。

Cons:

お風呂の洗い場が少ないので、混み合ってくると立ちながら並ぶことになります。
