The bathroom basin was not seated correctly and it showed a gap.

Pool was bit dirty

The room stank badly, water in toilet was rancid upon arrival, toilet didn't work properly, whole room stank terrible the whole time, water leak by the toilet causing floor to get wet, It may have just been this one room needing attention, but yeah we were really disappointed in it.

Everything else about the hotel.
This hotel is a dump, run down and unsanitary. There is visible mold in the rooms, musty smell, stained sheets, NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWERS, hard uncomfortable beds, old dingy towels, almost no toiletries, broken shower head, and the list goes on and on AND THE HOTEL DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. BOOKING HAS THIS HOTEL AS A FIVE 🌟.

I think the hotel is too pricey.

I couldn't figure out how to turn off the hall / terrace light that was shining through the frosted glass door to the room. Eventually jammed a towel in the door like a curtain over the window. Should have used a face mask.

Did not like a single thing about this location. It was the worse I have ever seen. Booking needs to remove them from their page. Everything advertised was all false. The bed size was only a double bed not queen, there was no sauna and the pool - broken tiles, no way anyone could go and use it. The wall was moldy from the dripping AC, no sitting/ dining area. Walked in and immediately knew there was no way i could have my family stay at this location. Read reviews on other sites before booking this location.

Over looked a Carpark and the beds were not that comfortable .

The shower head needs to be cleaned, the Fawcett had very low pressure compared to the shower. No iron or ironing board in the room. The parking on the side next to all the trees felt a bit sketchy and the beds were a bit hard.

Room was dirty when we arrived (tissue in the closet, tissue with hair in the bathtub, sticky/tacky floor, musty smell) No Amenities (only 2 towels - when they knew we were 4 persons, no soap, shampoo, toilet paper in room - we had to ask. The shampoo comes in little sachets. Towels were very worn. Bathtub was slippery - no bath math. I was sure one of us would slip in there. No plug for the drain hole in the tub - so we looked into icky black pipe. No duvet - only a thin blanket. not enough pillows - only 4 very soft pillows - so each person has 1 pillow. The front door has a frosted glass pane - so light from the outside shines in. You can hear other guests shouting, conversing etc and when we were there there was a group in the pool up to early hours in the morning. Not a great sleep. While there is a restaurant onsite, it was never open both nights we stayed. Don't think it's functional.

My son and niece complained about the pool floor scratching their feet. I need some maintenance is needed there. This was the only main thing I found wrong with the hotel.

not sure is restaurant was open or not for breakfast. We went to ask every morning but they said " not today" . That was the only thing, for the rest, spacious, nice, clean, cute garden and big pool. close to bars, restaurants, and stores.
