2 gece kaldığımız bu daireyi, yeşillikler içindeki park manzarası ve binanın yeni olması sebebiyle tercih etmiştik. Hem binaya hem de daireye aynı şifreyle giriş yapılabilmesi son derece pratik ve güzel düşünülmüş bir detay. ANCAK

Cons:

Balkon Aydınlatması: Balkon ışıklarının gece boyunca kapanmaması sebebiyle uyumakta çok zorlandık. Ev sahibiyle iletişime geçtiğimizde “.This light is programmed to switch on automatically every night and unfortunately, it cannot be switched off manually. We understand this may be disturbing during the night and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.” şeklinde cevap yazarak, maalesef sistemin otomatik olduğu ve kapatılamayacağı söylendi. Bu kalibredeki bir işletmede misafirin uyku konforu için bir çözüm sunulabilmeliydi. İki gün boyunca uyuyamadık.

Banyo ve Tuvalet Işıkları: Banyoda fotoselli (hareket sensörlü) ışık kullanılması çok kullanışsız olmuş. Duş esnasında ışık bir anda kapanıyor ve tekrar açmak için duş kabininden çıkmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ayrıca banyoda saç kurutma makinesi veya tıraş makinesi için tek bir priz dahi bulunmuyor.

Yatak ve Oda Düzeni: Çift kişilik yatak odası oldukça dardı. 3. kişi için sağlanan ek yatak ise son derece sert ve rahatsız ediciydi.

Ayrıca her ne kadar oda içerisinde buzdolabı varsa da buzluğu bulunmuyor. Yani o kadar güzel bir balkon ve teras var ama bir buz yapmak için buzluğu dahi yok. Kısaca fiyatını hak etmiyor.

Fiyat performans açısından kesinlikle öneririm
Pros:

Gayet geniş ve her türlü olanağa sahip bir odaydı. Temizlik beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Yataklar da gayet rahattı. Tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle tutarım. Fiyat performans açısından kaçırılmaması gereken bir yer.

Cons:

Atina genelinde olan sorun ile aynı; yani otopark. Araba ile geliniyorsa yakınlarda 24 saat açık bir otoparka arabanınızı bırakın ve her yere Uber veya taksi ile gidin. Otoparklara vereceğiniz paradan çok daha uyguna geliyor.

Pros:

Room was really nice, clean, modern and spacious. Very well maintained and relaxing. Facilities were in good working order.

Cons:

Code stopped working for my room so temporarily couldn't access my room. Though in fairness staff responded and addressed the issue quite quickly.

Very good value for money . Location is ok as a 15 min walking distance to the parliament. Seemed safe and well serviced

Very comfy , equipped kitchen and clean

Cons:

The code for the door were not working most of the time and even if in the chat staff was available was making the situation very stressful … a key would work better

Ideale per coniugare lavoro ed arte
Pros:

Posizione vicinissima al luogo di mio interesse, non lontana dalla metro. Sì poteva raggiungere il centro anche a piedi.
L'ambiente era pulitissimo ben arredato e la terrazza sul tetto offriva una vista di Atene a tutto tondo.

Cons:

Sì può contattare l'host solo tramite messaggio su Booking. Non c'è personale e non quello delle pulizie.
