짐이 많지 않고 잠귀가 밝지않다면 위치며 청결, 친절도까지 모든게 완벽한 숙소
Pros:

체크인해주시는 직원분이 서툴지만 한국어를 구사하셔서 전혀 어려움이 없었고 카드키를 인식해야만 엘레베이터를 탈 수 있는 프라이빗함과 1층에 정수기, 자판기, 코인세탁기, 얼음, 전자레인지, 캐리어락커가 있어서 좋았습니다.
높은 층을 요청드렸는데 이미 가장 높은 층을 준비해놓았다며 맑은 미소를 지어주셨습니다. 돈키호테가 도보로 2분이내에 있어서 쇼핑하기에 탁월했고 모토무라 규카츠집도 돈키호테 바로 앞에 있어서 온라인 대기해놓고 숙소에서 쉬다가 식사하러 갈 수 있었습니다.
욕조도 크기가 다른 숙소들에 비해 적당하고 욕조 물도 금방 받아져서 반신욕하기 좋았습니다. 조명의 밝기 조절도 가능합니다.
청소도 요청 시 매일 해주셨고 청소를 요청드리지 않아도 수건은 매일 새로 가져다주셨습니다.

Cons:

숙소가 많이 좁아서 캐리어를 펼칠 공간이 없습니다 마지막 날 짐정리를 위해서는 불가피하게 침대위에서 캐리어를 펼쳐놓고 정리해야했습니다.
텐진 자체가 젊은 사람들이 많이 놀러오는 곳인건지 근처에 술집도 좀 있어서 자정이 넘은 시간에 창문밖으로 들려오는 목소리가 3-4회정도 있었고 숙소 복도에서 떠들며 지나가는 다른 객실투숙객들의 말소리도 들려서 잠귀가 밝을 경우에는 잠을 설칠 수도 있다는 생각을 했습니다. 저는 그냥 원래 늦게자서 다 들은거지 잠들고 나서는 하나도 못듣기는 했어요

Very lovely hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff, lovely rooms. The cafe downstairs is very tasty also.

Cons:

There is only one lift so it can take a while to get up and down. But this is minor.

整體來說舒適乾淨，隔音好，熱水很快就熱
Pros:

床跟枕頭舒適、房間隔音好

Cons:

標準雙床房扣掉床的空間略小，接近門口的空間可以打開一個24吋行李箱，要打開第二個必須把床併在一起，利用桌子與床間的空間。平常不全部打開的話，一個行李箱放在房間的小沙發椅上較佳。

High hopes but tbh disappointing
Pros:

The downstairs vibe is cute, laundry facilities useful, and the complimentary midnight tea is a nice offering.

Cons:

The room was very small for the price and the location is annoying to get to from the main station. Subway links aren't very good but you can get around by bus instead

Pros:

We have been twice to this hotel-at the beginning and at the end of our Kyushu road trip.
We like the location and the cleanliness.
Breakfast was ok. Croissant but only one drink-coffee/tea OR juice. I think for thr price of the hotel this should be a AND.
Rooms are tiny. We were three and barely could move around.
We weren’t bothered by any noise coming from other rooms or the street.
But what did bother me was the lack of service. It does say it’s a hotel but they treat the cafe visitors better than their hotel guests. When we arrived at 2pm room wasn’t ready. Fair enough, we left the luggage there and wanted to check out our next steps. 10 min later they came to us and said we need to purchase a drink each or leave as the lobby/cafe needs the space for their customers. Again, for the amount of money we paid I find this treatment unacceptable.
In the mornings you are really struggling to find some space to have your breakfast.
And when we left there was no goodbye, no one at reception. Full focus on the cafe only.
Make up your mind if you wanna be a hotel or a cafe. If you wanna be both, don’t treat your hotel guests so poorly.

Bon emplacement, calme, bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L’établissement est situé en plein cœur du quartier Tenjin avec de nombreux bars et restaurants autour de l’hôtel. L’hôtel possède un café au rdc avec boissons chaudes et gâteaux ainsi qu’un service : machine à laver, service de bagages, distributeur de boissons.

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites. Difficile de caser ses valises.

Pros:

同樣價格應該可以有交通更便利的住宿選擇
Pros:

走路到最近的地鐵站要10-15分鐘,在炎熱的福岡實在是太熱了!
唯一的好處是有免費的腳踏車很讚
而且是電輔車很好騎,外型很時尚
不過要注意的是福岡是不能亂停車的,連腳踏車都有專屬停車場
不能隨意停靠

房間裝潢不錯

Cons:

房間實在太小了,花這個金額得到一間跟apa一樣的房間實在是令人很心酸
