Parking was stressful.
Pros:

Reasonable location, close to the concert venue we went to. 30 minute walk to the shore.

Cons:

Tiny rooms, noisy first floor, difficult parking.

Pros:

Overall amenities and services were great

Cons:

I didn’t like how I didn’t get a heads up for payment up front verbally because when I’ve gone to hotels it’s when you check out. I’m sure it could’ve been in the fine print but I was even told by staff that usually they call and let you know payment upfront at check in but I never got one.

Cozy and clean Stay
Pros:

Jeremiah and the 3 other team members (regret i don't remember their names!) were very friendly and helpful. Excellent communication prior and upon arriving. The room was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood provides excellent dining and shopping all walkable!

Relaxed and cozy for a budget stay
Pros:

The room is good for its fare. It's small: alright for one person, but a bit crowdy for a two-person stay. Hot/cool/cold water is accessible on each floor. Location is great, approximately 10 to 15 minutes of walk to downtown Seattle.

Cons:

My complaint is that the property does not have the elevator. It's awkward to carry a 29" luggage up to the 6th floor.
