Look carefully if you have to extrnd before.
Pros:

The property and the staff incredible

Cons:

But my problem was that I couldn’t extend my stay if i didn’t do it by any website that they are in. And i have to find another hotel elsewhere. Totally disappointed about it.

Perfect location, very expensive for small room with few mediocre amenities.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great, Walked everywhere.

Cons:

Well, there was no breakfast. Just coffee, that's it.
Room was very small and very loud. There is no bathroom door. We had a shower curtain to screen off the area. There isn't even a wall in between the two areas, just a Japanese style partition. When my kid dropped their toothbrush at the sink, it fell under the wall beneath the bed!
Towels were some of the worst towels I have ever had - motel, B&B, Inn... I honestly think we may have been given four bath mats by mistake.

We loved everything - loved the room - loved the bar (especially Chris & Juan) loved Blu Violet
Pros:

We loved the selections - very easy & fast - we also loved all the staff - Ronnie & Jadyn were exceptionally friendly & so nice to us. Also, really loved Justine in Blu Violet. All the staff were incredibly caring - best customer service EVER!!

Cons:

Nothing!! Everything was awesome!!! Keep it up!!

It was an exceptional time and I would be happy to stay again.
Pros:

Very clean place the service excellent the room Very nice the 🚿 clean the price 👌 i recommend this place

Cons:

The pricing could be better for valet parking. Could've match the local pricing for parking. It was higher than expected. Small things makes a big impact, though it isn't a drastic change in my experience.

Overpriced and underwhelming.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean. They have a pool table and board games and such in the lobby, which I maybe would have taken advantage of if I had stayed longer

Cons:

The value just isn't there. For what I paid, I expected more. I paid over $100 per night more than comparable hotels in the area and I don't think it was worth it at all. I feel like I paid for the decor of the room, which was trying hard to be fun and modern but is actually close to being dated. I paid close to $400 per night for a normal sized room with normal amenities. Nothing remarkable whatsoever.
