Pros:

Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Cons:

It was disappointing to get charged an additional fee upon checking in. I read the terms and nowhere did it say there would be an additional charge. Also, the bed in our room was awful. For $300+ a night - one would expect a nicer mattress.

Pros:

I never got to stay. The concert was moved and I sent a cancellation request and never heard back. I had tried to transfer and there were no rooms available. Now I wasted $150. Don’t book a room if you think you might have to cancel. Customer service sucks.

A very clean and comfortable place to stay in Fishers
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Very courteous staff. Bistro breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The mini fridge in room 407 did not keep things cold. GPS had a hard time finding the front of the property since it was near a shopping center. Little overpriced compared to similar facilities.

Always clean and nicely decorated. I love staying here. Book every time I’m in Indy area. Conveniently located right next to a Kroger, ikea, a little outdoor shopping mall. Staff are always pleasant and polite. Hard working too. The place is always spotless. Lovely walk in shower. Love the orange glow lights around the ceiling in the rooms it really sets a chill mood. Nice big tv that you can log into your streaming services on. Pool is on the smaller size but also well kempt and clean. Warm water. Def on the expensive side but all hotels are these days. If you want a more elevated experience without paying 200-300$ this is the location for you!
