I recently stayed at the hotel for five days while recovering from a tonsillectomy surgery, and the level of care, professionalism, and hospitality I received exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were excellent—my room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained, providing the perfect environment for rest and recovery. The overall ambiance of the hotel, along with its convenient location and quality amenities, made my healing process much easier.

I would especially like to recognize Maria from the Reception Team for her outstanding customer service. She demonstrated genuine kindness, compassion, and understanding of my situation throughout my stay. Maria went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a warm smile and assisting me promptly whenever I required help. Her professionalism and empathy made a significant difference during a time when comfort and support were especially important.

Pros:

The room is nice,although a bit small for a deluxe category. However, we slept well as it was very quiet. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable also the food. Thank you

Cons:

My +1 had to wait a long time even though he had the confirmation number and was able to pay the deposit fee. I was unexpectedly on duty and busy that day, so I needed to update the reservation details under his name so he could be accepted. We understand the policy; however, this situation should be reviewed and amended to help avoid such long waiting times in the future. Thank you
