Needed a quick overnight with kids. Did the job but needed a good cleaning.
Pros:

Location was nice and close to i65. The staff was nice.

Cons:

Pool was closed because of broken glass. Also found what looked like a dead roach. The hotel could have been alittle cleaner.

Excellent but that A/C Unit
Pros:

Great location! Close to work and a close walk to just about anything you could want!

Cons:

Air Conditioning unit in my room was on her last legs, sputtering quite loud, and didn’t work very well. I had to purchase a fan from target around the block so I could actually sleep.

Out pull out bed didn’t have any sheets or blankets or pillows. I had to use my personal phone to call the hotel and ask

Very clean and updated

Cons:

The hallways going to your room were extremly hot. I did not see any air vents. Someone who has lung or breathing problems would have a hard time getting to their room. I am young and healthy and it was almost suffocating it was so hot. I would def see about getting that air conditioned that was unreasonable for what we paid to stay. Thats why I gave you “ok” ratings. Otherwise it would have been excellent. It’s a deal breaker for me to stay there again.

Disappointing
Cons:

What a disaster! The hotel couldn’t give us the room we booked, had no apologies, blamed it on their roomsystem that had recently been changed. Reception staff was not helpful, had a stoic attitude and at the end unfriendly and charged us even too much.

Kind workers and clean facility! Just an unfortunate timing.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the hotel was super accommodating with any special requests we had. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and was impressed with their efforts.

Cons:

The elevators were out of service for half of our stay without and idea of when they would be back on. Staying on the 4th floor made this incredibly inconvenient. We did not receive any accommodations because of this or reimbursement either.

Pros:

Cons:

The pool shouldn’t be called a pool extremely small they should convert to a hot tub. The access to the outdoor roof top space was closed so that was very disappointing.

Pros:

Nice, New, Clean and Perfectly located near restaurant and shops.

Cons:

Wasn’t aware of the $41 charge after check in for incidental fees. Would have been nice to know the exact amount before checking in.

Fine stay, nothing went wrong, just not a standout location.
Pros:

The room was clean, and it was easy enough to get to. The lobby was set up beautifully, and we enjoyed our time to hangout with our friends and team.

Cons:

The hotel was average, at best. Not the best amenities, breakfast wasn’t great, and the staff was polite, but not extremely attentive.
