Overall we immensely enjoyed our stay in the hotel because of great ocean view and access to beach.
Pros:

The location was what I liked the most. Great ocean views and access to the beach.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 days and breakfast was the same for all three days no variety. Despite this, breakfast was good and the employee kept all food stocked and dinning room clean and tidy.

I was surprised by the room how pretty it was and if I come back to Lincoln city I do plan on staying there again.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and great location.

Cons:

Being on the first floor in room 101 in the corner was a little different to me. It was hard to see a nice view. I just felt tuck away.

We had a wonderful stay at the Surfland Hotel and would definitely come back!

Check-in was excellent. We arrived a little early, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Not long after we got settled, they even called our room to make sure everything was okay, which was a nice personal touch.

Our room was on the first floor with a balcony and an ocean view. This is an older motel, but it has obviously been well cared for. The room looked freshly painted, was spotless, and felt very clean. We especially liked having a separate bedroom, which gave us plenty of space to store our luggage and made the room feel much larger. It also included a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.

The ocean view was beautiful. We found that the best view from our balcony was while standing, but the hotel also has a wonderful shared oceanfront seating area where we spent a couple of relaxing hours watching the waves on a gorgeous day. It was one of our favorite parts of the stay.

Breakfast was included, and I'd recommend getting there early because it gets busy. The breakfast was one of the better complimentary hotel breakfasts we've had, with a good selection and plenty to enjoy.

We paid about $314 for one night, which is a little pricey, but after our experience, we felt it was worth it.

There were only a couple of minor downsides. At breakfast, all of the forks and spoons were stored together in open containers, so everyone's hands were reaching into them, which didn't seem very sanitary. The shower was very clean, but the water pressure was a bit low, and the soap dispenser was empty when we arrived.

Overall, this was easily a 4.8-star experience for us. The outstanding customer service, spotless room, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful ocean views far outweighed the few minor issues. We look forward to staying here again!

Pros:

So happy to find a hotel in this City that has clean, remodeled, oceanfront rooms that are reasonably priced! I had checked into a hotel that had really left me depressed and decided to walk away before spending the night there and was so happy to have found this cheerful, clean, modern room!
