Live the rooms but the parking is outrageously high

Parking and upon entry into the building there was a sewer odor.

Very rude and unhappy staff. I understand that they were busy during our stay but it still does not mean that they should be rude. You don’t get a type of service or hospitality for the amount of money you pay. Do not recommend unless you want your stay to be ruined by upset people.

Good hotel; great location; good breakfast
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. They didn't have strong, gross scents in the room which is greatly appreciated as my family has allergies. The breakfast was good and they had lots of options.

Cons:

The "living room" in our hotel room was small. We had to open the fold out couch to sleep and it was very hard to walk once that was done. The parking wasn't good. When we got there it was full even though we had handicap parking. The valet told us to look in other surrounding lots, which we didn't find anything at first. Then something finally opened.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The location could not have been better. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling comfortable and relaxing when we returned to the hotel.

The staff truly stood out. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing, and their customer service made a great stay even better.

The facilities were also impressive. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms and common areas were comfortable and inviting, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a high-quality experience for its guests.
