Didn't like such long wait for elevators. It was crazy to close the pools at 5 in the evening on weekends. Really wanted to swim after a long day downtown. We won't stay again just because of pool hours.

What happened to this hotel? No longer the gold standard of excellence.
Pros:

We are fans of this hotel until this trip. The customer service and friendly staff are not there. Sadly Embassy is not the gold standard for excellence anymore.
