Le séjour c’est bien passer
Pros:

La personne de l’accueil étais serviable et toujours a l’écoute.

Great location for a stay in Istanbul
Pros:

Great hotel in a convenient location, close to everything you need and just a short walk from the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always on hand if you needed anything. It was also really convenient being able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went out to explore. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great base for exploring the area.

Experiencia nefasta en este hotel en Estambul.
Familia con 2 niños.
No vayan a este hotel.
Cogimos este hotel con meses de antelación por estar cerca del hotel Armada donde la turkish Airlines nos regalo una noche de hotel por hacer parada en Estambul.
Al llegar a eso de las 10:30 de la mañana, nos dicen que nuestra habitación familiar no está preparada (lógico a esas horas) y que dejemos las maletas en recepción mientras visitamos la ciudad y ya en ese momento nos ofrecen la opción de coger 2 habitaciones separadas y le decimos que no, pero gracias.
Hasta ese momento todo bien.
A las 16:00 volvimos y nos dicen que tiene malas noticias para nosotros y que los clientes que ocupaban nuestra habitación no han venido y no han realizado el check out y que no podemos entrar porque no pueden sacar sus cosas sin permiso.
Ya nos suena esto raro y nos dan la opción de cancelar gratis nuestra reserva (60€) , e ir otras 2 habitaciones diferentes por 25€(con descuento especial por las molestias) cada una en un hotel que gestionan ellos en la parte de atrás llamado (Sultán Mansión), situado en un callejón sucio. Es un hotel viejo, destartalado, sucio y con mal olor y aspecto general nada agradable.
Nos dan 2 habitaciones que no nos gustaron nada y que no era lo que nosotros habíamos reservado, pero estábamos agotados y decidimos quedarnos para no mover más a los niños.
Como no nos gustaba mucho el cambio, volvimos a hablar con el chico de recepción (muy simpático y dispuesto) y le dijimos que por la noche cuando regresáramos de cenar nos gustaría ir a nuestra habitación familiar, pero al volver a las 22:00 (encima en la calle había un escándalo tremendo) y volver a pedirle nuestra habitación familiar nos dice que todavía no han venido los huéspedes a hacer el check out. Jajaja.....
Ya nos cabreamos y le dijimos que no nos estafara y que no nos mientiera más.
Le dijimos que queríamos irnos y que nos devolviera el dinero.

Pros:

Локация супер. Район близок и к морю и к площади перед Айя Софией и Голубой Мечетью. Номер небольшой, но мы приходили туда только ночевать. Район самого отеля очень тихий. Рядом магазинчик со всем необходимым. Много ресторанов рядом.

Cuarto de baño y habitación relativamente amplia. Ubicacion medianamente bien en calle tranquila

Cons:

No limpian la habitación ni cambian sabanas.creo que ni entre huespedes, se ha visto algun que otro pelo. No lo recomiendo
