Chambre refaite à neuf, mais à premier abord, ça semble un peu vieillot sur le choix d’ colorier des matières, mais dans deuxième vue, c’est du dernier cri

Soggiorno da non rifare, va bene solo la posizione.
Pros:

La posizione andava bene sia per visitare Boston sia Cambrige. La stanza era abbastanza grande.

Cons:

La moquette nella stanza, la finestra non apribile e la poca scelta a colazione. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno c’è stato un guasto all’impianto di condizionamento che è durato per tutti e 4 i giorni: la stanza era un forno, aria irrespirabile e a parte fornire delle bottigliette d’acqua non c’è stato altro supporto, come fornire dei ventilatori. Il personale non è stato di alcun supporto. Infine la struttura è molto vecchia, andrebbe rinnovata.

Thoughtful, attentive service
Pros:

Big shoutout to Luey from the front desk crew — he hooked us up with a room upgrade which totally made our stay! He also gave us great guidance on where to park our e-bike safely, which we really appreciated. Thoughtful, attentive service like this is what makes a hotel stand out. Highly recommend this fully electric hotel.
