Pros:

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage der Unterkunft sind sehr gut!

Cons:

Wir hatten innerhalb von 25 Stunden dreimal Feueralarm weil sich andere Gäste nicht an die Vorschriften beim kochen gehalten haben. Numa hat darauf allerdings sehr gut reagiert.

Great stay!
Pros:

The apartment was very neat and clean. Amazing location. The communication with the agency was straightforward. We had a small issue with one of the lockers in the common room, but the staff were very helpful and it was resolved quckly and smoothly. Overall, definitelly would reccomend!

I would stay here again
Pros:

Close to the main train station and Flixbus stop, supermarkets are nearby. Easy check-in

Cons:

The apartment was clean, however lamps, paintings and shelves were dusty. We called 24/7 helpline when a fire alarm took place on the floor, waited 3 min but no one answered

Pros:

必要な設備が全て整っていた。特に長旅に必要不可欠な洗濯機が室内に設置されていて有難かった。レイアウトもコンパクト、また、清潔であった。館内及び室内に入るのも簡単。ロケーションも駅近、市部中心地へのアクセスも徒歩圏内。次世代型宿泊施設だと実感しました。

Cons:

booking.comの中でのやり取りとNUMAとの直接でのやり取りがあり、その点では困惑する場面もありました。しかし宿泊そのものに影響を与えるものではありませんでした。

Die Feuerwehr ratlos, kein technisches Personal des Hotels vor Ort,.
