Ekelhaft, schmutzig, schlecht geführt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Cons:

Unsauber, wir fanden viele schwarze, lange Haare. Ich bin blond, mein Mann hat eine Glatze. Es war viel Sand auf dem Boden. Es lag Tierkot vor unserer Terrasse, dieser wurde 2 Tage nicht entfernt. Die Klimaanlage verlor sehr viel Wasser, welches die Wände hinab lief und den Boden nass machte. Das Badezimmer war so modrig und stark verschimmelt dass es bis ins Hauptzimmer roch wenn die Tür offen war. Es lief Wasser unten aus der Dusche, der Boden der Dusche gab nach und wackelte.

​Alaçatı’nın o kalabalık ve gürültülü havasından uzak,(lakin 2dk lık yurume mesafesinde ve hemen sokağında kapınızınn önünde park imkanı mevcut,brz şans biz hep yer bulduk) adım attığınız andan itibaren kendinizi evinizde hissettiren harika bir işletme. Otelin otantik dokusu ve dekorasyonu Rebetiko ruhunu tam anlamıyla yaşatıyor. Otel sahibi Ahmet bey ve eşi Merve hanımın ilgisi, sıcak sohbeti ve güler yüzü sayesinde tatilimiz çok daha keyifli geçti. Sabah kahvaltısındaki yerel lezzetler ve ev yapımı reçeller efsaneydi. Alaçatı’da gerçekten "ruh" arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.Güven ve huzurun adresi..not: 2 yetişkın 2 çocuk konakladık..

Can't wait to go back to Chios so we can make a trip to Rebetiko again and this time stay longer.

Otel'in konumu muhtesem carsiya yurume mesafesinde, calisanlar cok guler yuzlu ve nazik insanlardi. Sahibi Ahmet beye tesekkur ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye edebilecegimiz bir otel!

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprachen aus meiner Sicht nicht der Realität. Das Zimmer, das uns angeboten wurde, war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und die Betten waren ebenfalls eine große Enttäuschung.

Am schlimmsten war jedoch das Verhalten des Hotelbesitzers. Als ich meine Unzufriedenheit angesprochen habe, reagierte er sehr aggressiv. Ich wurde beleidigt und hatte den Eindruck, dass die Situation jederzeit hätte eskalieren können. Ich habe mich dabei sehr unwohl und eingeschüchtert gefühlt.

Ein respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen sollte selbstverständlich sein. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung werde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen und kann es leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Perfect for us!
Pros:

Ahmet looked after us so well for our 4 nights and made sure we were always comfortable and happy. The property is really well situated as being very close to the main part of town without being directly in it which is exactly what we wanted

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Lovely breakfast, I was helped with everything I needed, the hotel has a great location near everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
Also, the bus station is located within 5 minutes walking distance.
Definitely recommend it :)
