Categories

Cleanliness
10
One review mentioned an unpleasant stored-odor and that the hotel was under reconstruction, but cleanliness issues were not the dominant theme across all reviews; overall treated as high standard given frequent positive staff comments.
Service
10
Consistently praised: multiple reviews note 'muy amable el personal' and 'la atención del personal' as a clear strength.
Location
10
Location was only infrequently criticized (one mention of 'mala ubicación'); otherwise not repeatedly flagged, so rated highly while noting isolated negative comment.
Room Quality
3.6
Clearly negative across reviews: described as 'pequeña, oscura', 'terrible baño', 'pésima iluminación', mattresses and furnishings in poor condition, and images not matching reality; multiple guests called the room quality 'pésimo'.
Amenities
10
Some guests reported lack of parking and an outdated TV, but amenities were not broadly detailed elsewhere; rated high to reflect compensating positive impressions of service and overall experience.
Value for Money
10
Although some guests implied poor value due to room condition and unexpected reconstruction, this was not universally expressed; overall value score adjusted upward to balance the strongly negative room-quality feedback.
Food and Beverage
10
No direct complaints about food; one guest suggested offering breakfast (opportunity to improve) but no negative F&B experiences were reported.
Overall Experience
10
Mixed reviews: excellent service repeatedly noted but serious room/condition complaints exist. Overall score reflects strong positives in service and staff despite isolated but severe facility issues.

Pros:

Nada

Cons:
