Ubicación y atención del staff del hotel
Un albergo molto bello su un'isola altrettanto splendida. La struttura è veramente ben tenuta, elegante e silenziosa. Lo staff gentile e accogliente. Le camere sono molto grandi, il beach club su una delle parti dell'isola più tranquille, qui sicuramente non rischi di essere invaso di turisti che passano sulla spiaggia: questo è il vero punto forte dell'hotel.
L'albergo infatti è vicino a Punta Coco, una delle due spiagge più belle dell'isola, sei sull'estremo della punta occidentale di Holbox, questo ti fa sentire come se fossi su un'isola deserta solo per i clienti dell'albergo, cosa che non si può dire della parte centrale dell'isola dove gli alberghi si susseguono attaccati l'uno all'altro.
Questo ha un altro grande vantaggio, ovvero essere a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia dove andare ad ammirare la Bioluminescenza nottura, un ospite dell'albergo ci arriva passeggiando dalla stanza mentre tutti gli altri devono prendere dei tour/taxi dal centro dell'isola per arrivarci di sera/notte.
Il suo più grande punto a favore (essere isolato) purtroppo è anche il più grande "difetto" per modo di dire. Essere isolati significa che per qualsiasi spostamento bisogna chiamare il taxi (i golf cart che sono gli unici mezzi a circolare sull'isola). Purtroppo anche noleggiare un golf cart in centro non è possibile perchè le società che lo fanno non danno la possibilità di usarli privatamente su questa parte dell'isola che ha le strade un pò accidentate e propense agli "allagamenti", quindi dovrai fare affidamento sempre sui taxi (che la concierge ti chiama prontamente se ne hai bisogno, avvisandoti quando sono disponibili all'ingresso) e la tratta è circa 200pesos ogni volta. Per noi che preferivamo la tranquillità non è stato un problema, ma è giusto saperlo.
Altro appunto che non dipende dalla struttura sono le zanzare, la sera ce ne sono davvero tante, quindi armatevi di spray (detto che l'albergo lo fornisce già di base in ogni stanza).
Unico invece consiglio che do alla struttura riguarda il ristorante, abbiamo cenato qui una sera e probabilmente abbiamo beccato solo la serata sbagliata, ma il servizio è stato davvero molto lento, anche se il cameriere è stato molto gentile e professionale, detto questo sei su un isola dove rilassarti, direi che non serve avere per forza sempre fretta per cenare. Il menù non è varissimo e la qualità prezzo è solo ok.

Très bel hôtel avec une très belle piscine et du personnel très sympathique. Nous avons passé deux belles journées. Merci beaucoup !!!

Hôtel paradisiaque avec un accès direct en bord de plage et un beach club.
Personnel charmant qui sont présents pour répondre à nos questions ou nos requêtes.
Nous avons pris la chambre avec la piscine sur le balcon.
Malheureusement, le personnel a oublié d’effectuer le coup de propre et de nous changer les serviettes une journée et nous n’avons pas eu de dédommagements. ( au regard du prix de l’hôtel, nous ne nous attendons pas à ce genre d’oubli).
Le petit déjeuné reste restreint ( pour ce qui est compris ) et n’est pas excellent.
L’hôtel reste assez excentré, si vous venez en saison de pluie il faudra prévoir un budget taxi.

They property is located at Punta coco beach! It’s the most stunning beach of all! It’s worth every dollars spent here, you’ll have incredible sunset and almost a private one. We had a plunge pool suite (room 701) and we had an amazing stay!
Nothing I didn’t like but here are some tips!
The property is far from center it’s 200 pesos for a ride to Centro and another 200 back. Make sure you have everything!
The island is full of mangrove, which means magical animals to see but also mosquitos. Being really good repellant. The hotel offers repellant but if you come during summer, you’ll want better ones.

Magnifique endroit. Plage superbe.
Delek is a great place to stay and a ten minute taxi to town for about 200 pesos each way. The beach was amazing and clean with a short walk to the flamingos. The restaurant breakfast is so good and there’s great lunch options too. The rooms were relatively new and very clean.
The outside areas closest to the beach needed some maintenance and the dinner options were limited specifically for vegetarian options.
