Personal sehr freundlich. Medikamente im Kühlschrank aufbewahren war unkompliziert.

Cons:

Ab 16:00 Uhr wird der Kaffeeautomat gesperrt. Bei längerer Anreise war das immer ein Willkommenstrunk und Teil der Erholung.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Good location in the centre of town with easy access to the train and bus station - clean and well maintained with an excellent breakfast - underground parking is convenient- nice touch having free tea and coffee available until 4 pm

Cons:

The property and the facilities are very good however this is let down by some of the staff - the majority of the staff we came in contact with were helpful polite and professional - this wasn’t the case when checking in - questions such as “does the hotel offer a laundry service” was answered with one word - no - there was no follow up explaining that there is a laundromat in the town - not very helpful and neither was the explanation of how the guest card worked - shame really as this lowered the overall score given to what is a good hotel

Ein Hotel, in dem einfach alles stimmt!!
Pros:

Am IBIS STYLES hat einfach alles gepasst. Spitzen Hotel mit toller, zentraler Lage, einem sehr guten Service und einem Top Frühstücksbuffet !!! Was mich auch überrascht hat, war die Tatsache, während des Tages kostenlose warme Getränke (Kaffe in allen Variationen und verschiedene Sorten Tee) zu bekommen.
Wenn ich wieder nach Bad Reichenhall komme, werde ich auf alle Fälle im IBIS STYLES wohnen.

Cons:

Ich habe rein gar nichts zu bemängeln. Ich bin rundum zufrieden.

Klimaanlage war am heißesten Tag der Woche ohne Funktion und die Rezeption hat es erst einmal versucht als Einzelfall herunter zuspielen. Später wurde jedoch bekannt, dass viele Gäste das Problem hatten.
