Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness—'clean', 'spotless', 'modern', 'spacious and spotless rooms'—supporting a very high cleanliness score.
Service
8
Many reviews praise staff ('wonderful staff', 'professional, friendly and helpful'), but there is a significant negative outlier regarding reservation handling and lack of offered solution; score lowered to reflect that important service failure.
Location
9.4
Several reviews call the location 'perfect' and note easy access to shopping and key points; however there is at least one comment listing location as a con, so score is high but not perfect.
Room Quality
9.5
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable with great views; generally praised across reviews ('odalar geniş', 'comfortable rooms', 'the view and the room in general').
Amenities
9.1
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Value for Money
9.1
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Breakfast is repeatedly described as rich, high quality and delicious; positive sentiment supports a strong food & beverage score.
Overall Experience
9
Overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive ('flawless stay', many 5-star returns and recommendations), tempered by an isolated but serious negative experience with reservation handling.

Bir daha asla!!!
Cons:
