Gute Lage, schönes Design, grosses Zimmer

Cons:

Preis Leistung stimmen nicht überein. Das Restaurant ist nicht flexibel, wir wollten etwas zu essen bestellen mussten 10 Min auf den Kellner warten und als er kam sagte er genau jetzt würde die Küche schliessen. Solch ein Hotel sollte darauf achten und seinen Gästen essen anbieten können. Ähnliches erlebten wir beim Frühstück.

the lobby area & the restaurant is totally accommodating and a great place to decompress.

Прекрасный отель, с великолепным расположением в центре города. Бокал хорошего вина при встрече в отеле, пока вы ждете оформления. Персонал вежливый и каждый знает свое дело на отлично. Все достопремечательности в пешей доступности. Удобная кровать, с большим выбором подушек на любой вкус. Халат, тапочки, ванная комната, все прекрасно и удобно. Окна выходили на улицу с трамвайным движением, это практически не ощущалось. Но если кто то любит глубокую тишину, выбирайте окна на другую сторону отеля. Нас это не беспокоило. В номере было тихо и комфортно.

Great location, comfortable and stylish rooms
Pros:

We drove here for NY in Prague.
A city we have visited since 1990 and thought it would be fun to see in 2026.
The hotel has a great location with excellent parking right opposite an entrance.
Porters were efficient and helpful as were all the staff.
Food was ok, perfectly good but not special.
The rooms were modern and comfortable and room service particularly fast.
It was obviously a very busy time so I think the hotel performed very well.

Nice hotel, excellent location but some flaws
Pros:

Nice hotel with very convenient location. A 5 minute direct walk from the train station and also close to streets with shopping and restaurants. Room was nice with large windows and high ceilings. Staff is mostly younger and some call attention to themselves with wild haircuts and piercings.
The spa area is frankly a very strange setup and needs attention. It is on a basement level with dim lighting and no windows. The facility is fine but I would not let my wife go down there by herself as unlike most hotel spas that I have been to there is someone welcoming you in or at least a visible station for attendants. Love having the steam and sauna but the entire area needs a bit more attention

Excellent stay in Andaz Prague

Excellent hotel, extensive breakfast buffet, lovely dinner, located in the middle of the city, and last-but-not-least staff. We recommend a stay in this hotel (and ... if you like the Andaz London you'll like the Andaz Prague as well.

Andaz Prague is perfectly acceptable, but not for everyone
Pros:

Clean, adequate hotel, tries hard to please but some essential elements are missing. Trying to be slick, youthful and modern missed the mark for me. Rooms are small, no desks so impractical for any serious work. Gimmicky Andaz Hour drink delivers no value whatsoever, the sniff box to choose your cocktail is ridiculous. If you want something else even a basic soft drink they will try to charge you.
Front desk with 2 staff is inadequate, they also double as the concierges so at busy times staff are overwhelmed and wait times for even a simple enquiry are long.Despite this they were helpful and friendly.
Location is on the edge of the old city, in a non-descript area, but walkable for the fit to the landmarks. A tram runs behind the hotel that was a good option to visit the more distant areas in this large city.
Note they do host big tour groups, so breakfast was very busy on those days.
