Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour Tel Aviv surtout pour Yaffo. Ne cherchez pas ailleurs, vous ne trouverez pas mie
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé et bien desservi par tramway, bus . À pieds à quelques minutes du port de Yaffo et à moins de 10mn de marche agréable de la promenade ( tayelet) pour rejoindre les plages de Tel Aviv. Petits commerces de proximité en bas de l’hôtel. Personnel agréable et disponible dans l’ensemble. Déco moderne, belle superficie et luminosité des chambres, balcon, literie confortable, sdb spacieuse avec grande douche. Machine à café dans les chambres ainsi que machines boissons chaudes à dispo à la réception et sur le rooftop H24 gratuitement. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux .

Cons:

Pas grand chose. Nos chambres étaient mal nettoyées alors qu’elles auraient dû être contrôlées avant la remise des clés afin de nous éviter une réclamation dès notre arrivée et une attente supplémentaire après un vol fatiguant pour prendre possession de nos chambres. Le nécessaire a été fait rapidement. Pas de fer à repasser fourni sur demande mais une planche à repasser rouillée avec housse déchirée et un fer sans puissance mis à disposition à l’étage dans le couloir à la vue de tous les autres clients qui passent et qui nous oblige à sortir de notre chambre avec nos vêtements pour les repasser . Très gênant. Cela doit être amélioré pour plus d’utilité et une meilleure qualité de service pour un 4 étoiles. Hormis ces deux points de détails , tout était top et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

שירות הצוות נהדר, מיכאל מהקבלה קיבל אותנו בצורה מאוד נחמדה.

Cons:

הייתי מוסיף יותר גבינות לארוחת הבוקר. אבל סה״כ ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Персонал оставляет желать лучшего. Специально оставляла комментарий в бронировании, что у нас будет ранний приезд и просила разместить нас при возможности хотя бы в одном номере из двух забронированных, но по приезде из аэропорта в отель мужчина на стойке сказал, что ничем помочь не может , ждите и даже не предложил оставить багаж в камере хранения. Абсолютно нелюбезный и неприятный персонал, но завтраки и сам отель восхитительны!
