Pros:

Merci à Jaouad pour son accueil chaleureux et son excellent service. Un réceptionniste attentionné qui donne vraiment le ton du séjour ! L'hôtel est superbe : restaurant au top, piscine magnifique. Tout était parfait, on recommande vivement !

Cons:

my stay was fine. However, I would like to report an issue with the payment. My booking confirmation showed a lower confirmed price, but when I arrived, the hotel informed me that I had to pay the regular room rate instead. I paid the higher amount to avoid any problems during check-in, but it did not match the price confirmed in my reservation.

I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and let me know whether the hotel should have honored the confirmed booking price.

Pros:

Hotel stag is so nice, location also is perfect. However no privacy in the room no door for toilet, and need kind of pest control there was some ants in the room
