We booked a twin room as we’re 2 lads and they only have king bed they said we will bring an extra bed but 3 days later

Great neighborhood, easy access, yet the experience was overshadowed by the unexpected pool closure

Cons:

Upon arrival, we found out that the pools were broken and therefore closed, without any prior notice. They offered us a free dinner as compensation, but we declined, as the children specifically wanted to use the pools. The staff member handled the situation very casually, as if it were completely normal. It felt like: “Do you want a room or not?”

Pros:

Stanza molto bella e futuristica,posizione perfetta nella zona nuova.

Cons:

Piscina ridicola per il numero di camere e ospiti sembrava una vasca ( anche sporca e con mattonelle mancanti)ci sono rimasto un po male. Anche il ristorante interno non in linea con l’importanza della struttura.

3 nuitées réservées et payées .
C’est inacceptable Qu’on soit obligé de quémander des bouteilles d’eau en plein mois de canicule . Il n’y a pas de bouteilles à notre arrivée et chaque fois qu’on a demandé il nous disait que c’était payant et que ce n’était gratuit que la première nuit mais que exceptionnellement il nous en apporterai… nous avons eu nos bouteilles d’eau une par jour au forceps… c’est pas normal
