Excellent stay in Madrid
Pros:

I had an amazing one day stay here. Very nice location. Close to city center and airport , My check in was smooth, Overall very satisfactory stay. Breakfast in the room was surprise and delight.

Very big apartment, clean and sunny.

Cons:

There was some strange smell in apartment, which comes from sink or toilet. It comes and goes . All other things was perfect.

Spacious and comfortable stay
Pros:

My family stayed three nights at Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences and we absolutely loved it. The location near Paseo de la Castellana is very convenient, yet the hotel itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful.
The apartment-style rooms were spacious and perfect for our family of two adults and two children. Having amenities like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay especially comfortable.
The staff were outstanding, so kind and helpful. They accommodated an early check-in, which was a lifesaver since our kids were very tired from jet lag.
We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome snacks, drinks, and milk—it was such a warm touch.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Madrid!

Highly recommend it for small families.
Pros:

Good size room and decent amenities. Location is the best part by far.
Heads up if you have more than one child, the second bedroom is only good for one child.

Cons:

Cleaning staff only clean the room if you're not in the room. Given that it's an apartment and we tend to be there a lot, working and living, having it serviced took some extra cooridnation.
