El trato del personal, sobre todo el recibimiento que nos hizo Miguel. Nos encontrábamos de luna de miel y nos prepararon un detalle en la habitación que fue toda una sorpresa. Y el trato de todo el personal durante toda nuestra estancia fue impecable, todos muy amables y serviciales.

Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern - im Detail fehlt dann hier und da etwas um den Urlaub ganz entspannt zu gestalten.
Pros:

Unsere Junior Deluxe Suite war sehr groß und für unsere Kinder (9&6 Jahre) und uns ideal. Die Kinder haben das “Doppel-Hochbett” geliebt. Die Möblierung ist sehr stilvoll.
Die Dachterrasse mit Pool war ein echtes Highlight.

Cons:

Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit technischen Küchengeräten, aber etwas mangelhaft beim Geschirr (für 4 Personen nur 3 Teller, 3 Schüsseln, zu wenig Gläser, kein Küchensieb etc.)
Leider hatte die Dusche nur lauwarmes Wasser und die Toilettenspülung ging auch nur sporadisch.

INCREÍBLE, amamos todo de Casa Astral
Pros:

La cama era muy cómoda está muy cerca de la playa, el rooftop tiene una vista increíble y está caminando de prácticamente cualquier lugar que quieras visitar además de que es muy tranquilo por la noches.

El desayuno está completo pese a no ser muy abundante te da perfecto para aguantar la mañana y poder complementar con algo a la carta, nosotros probamos los molletes y el pan francés y era una excelente combinación con el desayuno ya incluido, podría mejorar un poco el servicio y la velocidad ya que nuestra última mañana no llegaron a tiempo los molletes por qué ya teníamos que hacer el check out.

El servicio de front desk de Miguel fue increíble, nos hicieron una sorpresa por mi cumpleaños que fue en verdad muy linda y en todo momento nos ayudó, guió y nos dio las mejores recomendaciones, muy amable y una gran plática, definitivamente volveremos.

Cons:

Estaría bien que todas las habitaciones tuvieran un minibar/minirefri aunque no sean estudios.

Great stay in Holbox at walking distance from the city centre.
Pros:

The apartment with kitchen was enormous and at 50m from the sea and the roof top is ideal to take sunset pictures

Cons:

The kitchen / glasses could have been cleaner but this was only a minor detail

Cons:

- petit déjeuner inclu ridiculement petit (2 tranches de pain et des fruits c’est tout le reste est payant donc autant ne pas prendre l’option petit déjeuner et aller le prendre en centre ville il y en a de très bons à un prix correct)
- Nous avions réservé 2 chambres de 32m2 et l’une ne faisait à peine 20m2, mauvaise fois dû réceptionniste affirmant que la chambre avait bien une surface de 32m2…
- hôtel éloigné du centre et des animations
- piscine très petite
- services hôtelier très réduits (il s’agit plutôt d’un appart hôtel)
