A clean and comfortable hotel with a great location and excellent staff, but the breakfast could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient, as it was close to everything I needed, which made getting around very easy. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing because there were not many options or variety available

Υπέροχο πρωινό με ποικιλία για όλα τα γούστα!
Όλα πεντακάθαρα,κάθε μέρα καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο και κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο!

Δεν είχε smart τηλεόραση με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να συνδεθουμε σε λογαριασμούς όπως Netflix, κτλ .Σε σχέση με το πόσο υπέροχο και μοντέρνο δωμάτιο ήταν κρίμα να μην υπάρχει αυτή η παροχη από τη στιγμή που δέχεται και τουρίστες αυτό το κατάλυμα

Pros:

The hotel staff may have provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve been to a lot of places and nobody was more friendly, tentative and helpful. The hotel is located in the perfect location. Everything felt like an easy walk or quick uber ride away. I’ll be staying here again if I ever go back to Budapest.
