Es pequeño pero muy lindo, con detalles que lo hacen acogedor, limpio, por la zona hay mucho comercio para hacer un poco de super o comprar algun artículo que necesites para tu viaje, lavandería, hay que subir y bajar un poco pero no es pesado o tan inclinado a 10 min a pie estas de zona de Rossio, en donde salen tours, o 15 de plaza restauradores

Quartier pas très bien fréquenté.
El hotel está muy limpio, las habitaciones son cómodas y, aunque son pequeñas, tienen el espacio suficiente para una estancia de fin de semana. El desayuno es modesto, pero está bien y cumple perfectamente. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento.
El hotel está bien situado, ya que en unos 5 minutos andando llegas a la plaza principal. Sin embargo, la zona en la que está ubicado está bastante deteriorada y, por la noche, el ambiente no resulta demasiado agradable. Había gente con un aspecto un poco inquietante y en algún momento nos sentimos incómodos e inseguros. Éramos un grupo de 8 adultos y, aun así, hubo momentos en los que la zona nos dio bastante respeto.

Hotel nas je kontaktirao nekoliko dana pre zakazanog termina na mejl, interesujući se za vreme našeg dolazka. Pokazali su pažnju i na neki način nas podsetili na rezervaciju. Hvala im na tome!
Slučajnošću smo rezervisali hotel sa sekundarnog naloga Booking-a, tako da on nije prikazivao rezervaciju. Rezervaciju smo napravili 1,5 mesec pre boravka, te smo posle toliko vremena i drugih destinacija pomislili da smo propustili da rezervišemo hotel. Zbog toga smo uplatili drugi hotel, i tek naknadnim uvidom u mejlove shvatili da smo već imali rezervaciju. Greška je bila naša, i delimično problem sa Booking.com koji nije umeo uspeo da me uloguje preko aplikacije na sporedni nalog uz sve pokušaje izmene naloga, te nas je vraćao na nalog na kojem nije bilo rezervacije. Ipak, iznenadilo nas je da hotel nije uopšte reagovao na našu molbu upućenu putem e-mejla da razmotre povrat (dela) vrednosti smeštaja. Njihovo je puno pravo da odbiju molbu, ali mi deluje neprofesionalno što nisu pružili nikakav odgovor.
