Pros:

基本的に全ての従業員の対応が素晴らしかった
部屋のアップグレード、デイルームの準備などつつがなく
また、忘れものの確認など、丁寧にしてくれた

Cons:

最後の食事でFishman houseで、最初のドリンクが30分出てこなかった
伝えたあとに出てきたが、特段お詫びの一言もなかった
その他はとてもよかったが、最後に台無しでとても残念だった

would not recommand bad value for mony there are better hotels that cost less in the area

While you pay a premium compared to other hotels in the area, the value for money falls a bit short, as you don't get much extra in return. However, the hotel is visually appealing, and the staff is generally friendly. The dining options were good, and I especially enjoyed the on-site Japanese restaurant.

Cons:

The check-in experience was disappointing, as no information regarding the hotel's facilities or promotions was provided upon arrival. Although the staff attempted to explain this to me later, I expect a higher standard of service from a 5-star hotel. Furthermore, housekeeping was unreliable; my room was not cleaned on time, leaving me to question if it had been properly cleaned at all.

Not recomended. There are much better options.
Pros:

The view somehow only.

Cons:

Room is nice, but bathroom is very bad, service is normal to the average service in Thailand, beach is full of rocks, which nice to see not to swim, one pool and is small. Location is somehow far, though Koh Samui is small and Grab is easy.
Price is high for what you get in comparison to other resorts here.

Fantastische strandvilla, prachtig strand en uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding – een resort dat wij zeker aanraden.
Pros:

Prachtig resort met een van de mooiste strandvilla’s die we ooit hebben geboekt. De villa was ruim, modern, zeer schoon en direct aan een prachtig strand gelegen. Het zwembad van het resort was schitterend en liep over in een infinity pool met uitzicht op zee. De kookles was een absolute aanrader en het personeel was vriendelijk. Voor de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vonden wij dit een uitstekende keuze.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was goed, maar niet bijzonder. De locatie is prettig, maar voor een grotere keuze aan restaurants en luxe voorzieningen moet je wel een stukje rijden. Buiten het resort zijn de directe omliggende faciliteiten wat eenvoudiger dan het niveau van het resort zelf.
